Don’t buy from here
Yet again you guys don’t send stuff in a timely manner. Will be avoiding your store and not recommending you to anyone. It shouldn’t take over a week for a 2 item order to even leave your store. I was assured it would be picked up Thursday to arrive today and tracking is still showing it’s with you. Despite me advising one item is needed urgently

Understand your frustration entirely - we've refunded this order and are happy to provide it free for you once the Prime arrives in-stock. Our POS system is causing major headaches for our inventory system, so we are working as quickly as we can to sort this out. Thank you and sorry for dropping the ball.

I love the effective communication
I love the effective communication, and the friendly service, as well as always healthy fish being supplied. Never need to second doubt myself when I am at EMA. Matt is so patient and is always answering all my questions, which is really comforting.

I was so impressed buying fish from here. I bought 2 clown fish and a turbo snail they were shipped quickly and got here (to the other end of the country) within 24 hours! The fish are awesome and we are very happy customers. Definatly will be buying from them again.

Be careful of Cart Timer.
Black Friday deals were good, cart said it would hold your items for 30 minutes. It did not. When you went further along the purchase process it removed all the sold out items.
Edited: 1st December. They resolved this issue and put right. Thanks again!

Nice and quick processing of my order. Packaging was excellent and contained a chocolate fish. Along with my receipt which had a handwritten 'Thanks for your order' on it. The fish had me straight away as it put a smile on my face. This wasn't a huge order either, under $80.
Well done EMA you have gained yourself a customer. I'll have to come and visit.

Excellent advice and service fish were healthy and arrived in excellent condition. Fast over night delivery with clear communication regarding pick up. Would highly recommend to contact Matt when setting up an aquarium or buying fish, corals, equipment, fish food, supplements anything to do with the hobby.
