This company does not take their jobb seriously.
For some reason the are not able to deliver my order due to the fact that they could not get in to the apartment building, because they didn't have a key....
Hmmm If you are delivering a package at 2am in the morning how do you not know that you need a key to get in.....
Sorry, but that sounds like a bad excuse.

I placed this option to be delivered in my address where live but they changed without asking me to be delivered to my old apartment. Which is not he first time, I will never again use them as delivery option and I kindly recommend everyone to do the same. Shame on you Early bird!

If you're a foreigner, you're in for a real challenge. A Swedish Bank ID is required to collect a parcel from a parcel locker. I had to find someone from Sweden to pick up an important package. It sounds like a joke, but it's true.

Ordered home delivery but it went to a package box, not the closest one but the next one so it was quite a hassle to get my order within the short time frame.

They just leave it at the Door, i know its explained that they do it but the package either wasnt actually delivered or it was stolen because it wasnt there, and if this happens to you dont expect any help from them, all i got was that it was not their problem anymore

Worst experience with the ibox service
Worst experience with the ibox service. Unable to find the place that easy in the first place. Then its weiredly placed the at the center of the footpath, very high that a normal 5 foot 8 inch height person cannot take the parcel that easily. I would not recommend this service at all.
