Nothing Arrived
I ordered in March. There was some (pleasant and courteous) contact from them over the next couple of weeks because of their (not my) concern re. the longevity of the colour on offer/ordered, but as far as I was concerned the order was going ahead. I can find no record of a Despatch Notice. I did not receive notice of an order cancellation or refund. I have raised several queries over the months as to what happened/is happening. In June I was told the item was returned (not by me) to the manufacturer (?). Nearly five months or so later am none the wiser (despite several e-mail promises that they would follow this up) and have received neither paint nor an explanation.
I have given two stars because of the pleasant initial service and conversations but am in reality very disappointed.

Hi Ian. Thanks for the time you have taken to leave your feedback. Its always good to hear from our customers regarding their experience in dealing with our company and in this instance we are disappointed that we have let you down and we can only apologise for not resolving this sooner.
I think we initially contacted you regarding the limewash as any limewash that uses blue pigments must be used quickly as the blues are unstable and will turn grey in the liquid product if left for any length of time.
This Limewash was despatched on the 3rd of May and returned to us 15th. Obviously this wasn't communicated back to me and you contacted us on the 21st June to ask us about delivery.
This is when I first realised there had been an issue with delivery and with the delay the Limewash would have to be remade due to the blue pigment before being sent out again.
I think this has been a valuable lesson for us and shows that we really need to put a more robust system in place for dealing with these sorts of issues especially when we are extremely busy as relying purely on memory to deal with this has unfortunately not worked.

Fast delivery, great cost effective alternative for painting lime render
Fast delivery, great product. Takes a little longer to apply than the ready mixed equivalents but gives a great traditional finish and much cheaper without losing quality. Highly recommend if you're painting on lime render or need something highly breathable. Just read the instructions and trust the curing process.

Product itself is fantastic. Covered well and 10 litres did 3 coats with a little to spare for touching up if needed.
lovely textured finish and the colour as expected . Sandpiper. Exterior Limewash.
Looks dark when first applied but dries a lot lighter.

Great technical knowledge at customer services, prompt delivery of colour samples, have yet to try the product in anger but fingers crossed it lives up to the other reviews as it is a third of the cost of other breathable paints.

Excellent paint (linseed oil paint) although not the easiest top apply! Covers wood beautifully.
Prompt service by Earles for, making, packing and delivery.
A little disappointed that the paint price increased from £60 to£72 unless than a month of purchase.
