Got what I paid for in a timely manner, the product (obsidian 500 for bambulab) is extremely well made and prints beautifully. Not much else to say!

Having ordered some spares for my microswiss revo direct drive hotend, they came very quickly and well packaged. Pricing was also good, so I am very happy with my purchase and the service that I received

Revo Obxidian 500 hotends are great but as they dont have coloured silicon socks it's really difficult to identify the size. They do have the size printed on them but it's so faint I can hardly read it.

I’m giving the end our emails a 5 star, the overall product a 5, warranty -5, your nozzle broke mid print leaving the threads in the extruder. You can’t tell me that wasn’t a defect in that product.

It took me from firsts parts of February until April 6th to finally get resolution to my broken nozzle. But you followed the warranty. Then you try to make it right by offering me a discount on my next product. It was greatly welcomed. Sadly, It felt like the process to get this resolved took forever. I had to buy another nozzle because I couldn’t afford to wait for the never ending emails.

Unfortunately I still had to pay those pesky import taxes. But hey I still got two great nozzles out of this deal price at the sacrifice of and Obxidian HF 0.4

I love how quick the package came to my house. The UPS guy walked right up to me with the package in hand and asked me if I had a cashier check so I can pay the tariff in person. What kind of BS is that?? I mean who still carries a checkbook? It's 2026 so I was kind of annoyed by that. The website didn't say anything about having to pay the tariffs to UPS selling me on some BS. That shipping was free. LOL okay except for when UPS comes to your house. I thought that was a little whack. Thank goodness the UPS website took debit cards but the guy wouldn't wait for me to make the payment through the website. I had to wait till the end of the day

Works great out of the box, just like my old P1S DiamondBack Hotend did.

Great nozzles, really fast dispatch and delivery, what's not to like

It works quite well. Little more better than the original Bambu Lab.
BUT:
Too much time to ship (France) and 38.14€ tax. Almost the same price (44£ with my discount) It's ridiculous!!! How can it be? It must be around 20%, here it's almost 80%!!!!

The shipping costs were more than ten times the parts costs. Further I had to pay the same amount again for customs. So the four parts of a few euro costs me 25 times that much. Now that I have them I will print them myself.

Nice pice of kit I got them for their non-stick properties and build materials
Unfortunately my new h2d keeps telling me ‘HEAD NOT KNOWN’.I SET IT MANUALLY or READ NOSSEL,DOES NOT ALWAYS READ CORRECTLY,04 becomes0.8? and a print or two later it will do it to the other head.Probably missing something,it is a new machine.Not 100% plug and play that’s all.

They don't tell you that you will have to pay 31.00 in shipping, surprise surprise., Unless I'm missing something I was not able to change the settings to accommodate the new hot end for high flow. First I want my 31.00 back when UPS delivered the hot end they required a payment of 31.00 before they would deliver the product... Total BULLSHIT

The product don't need introduction as we all now that they are good quality. But I am impressed with the service. Very quick turnaround and good customer care.

This new Obx 500 0.6mm nozzle is amazing and it showed up fast. Love it.

awesome company making great parts for 3d printing. The revo six system was mostly a great in place replacement for the v6 I had. I only had to do a little mod for the ptfe tube that goes in the revo six heatsink.

Should have done this upgrade a long time ago. There is so much more room around the the heat core and changing nozzles is a breeze.
As usual, high quality components.

The only negative comment I have is, I found the website a little difficult to navigate for a first time user of the Revo. Make the images of the components bigger please.

Excellent product quality and very reliable hardware. Everything arrived well packaged and exactly as described.
Clear documentation, easy installation, and solid performance. I would definitely recommend E3D.

Charged $56 for import duties on a $40 product. Won’t do a full refund. If you’re in the US don’t bother ordering from this site. You will pay more for duties than the actual product.
