Should have been possible to reach E-wheels by phone
I am happy with the opportunity to choose a workshop for a warranty repair, but getting an answer from E-Wheels takes too long. That it is impossible to reach E-wheels on phone is a big disadvantage!

I really enjoy products that I bought at E-wheels (two elbicycles and all equipment for it). And I satisfied with the service they provide. Definitely I recommend this company and goods they sell.

Went to your shop at Alnabru
Went to your shop at Alnabru. 2 hours before clousing. Thought we had to leave the sparkesykkel for repare. But a young boy took hold of it and worked on it and repered it within an hour. We went home happy with a new item. We have now used it for more then a week. It is working perfectly.

Overall, Good experience, but late shipping
The response and fix are fix. My scooter was fixed and "sent out" from 08.07.2024, I am still waiting for delivery information till this day, 25.7.2024. Almost three weeks of waiting for the delivery information.

Efficient and fast . I contact them and they answered fast . They helped me con change the product of my order ( I made the mistake of ordering wrong ) . I send them as soon as I realized I ordered wrong (same day) and e-mail. They gave me a fast solution and I’m happy with it
