Noe time I experienced, the store guy did look into my problem at all, just referert me to te workshop at Alnabru. When I found A guy that looked at the issue was solved in 5 minutes and did not require A workshop at all.

Stay away from E-Wheels update.
As previously described, it all ends up in a lot of writing, but no result is forthcoming. Your comments on my review do not match reality at all, but are only written to embellish my assessment.
The complaint for which I have an order confirmation says they have only been delivered and in their latest comment that it is not in stock.
Sad that they can't even keep track of their own false postulates.

Som tidligere beskrevet ender det hele ud i en masse skriverier, men resultat udebliver. Deres kommentarer på min anmeldelse passer slet ikke med virkeligheden, men er kun skrevet for at pynte på min bedømmelse.
Den reklamation som jeg har en ordrebekræftelse på skriver de først er leveret og i deres seneste kommentar, at det ikke er på lager.
Sørgeligt at de ikke engang kan holde styr på deres egne usande postulater.
Superb service, especially from Anna, who handled my complaint case. She explained exactly how the process would proceed in such a situation and kept me updated throughout. We had some struggles with DHL regarding the pick-up agreement, but that is not E-Wheels' fault. Overall, a very positive experience with a company that takes responsibility and treats its customers well. Thank you, Anna from E-Wheels :)

My purchase was not a pre_order. I purchased an availabe ebike on Sale price. The invoice and all emails from your customer service are available.
Dont cover your irresponsible manner towards customer by a lie.
At the end you even did not take your responsibility and sent a WRONG size, and after that said that's what you have and my order is out of stock!
I am deeply sorry for your manner towards customers.

When I bought that ebike it was ready for deliverY in 4 days. I purchased it for my summer time. It is now middle of summer and I have no bicycle.
I wonder how you manage your company. It is now a week that you recieved your WRONG size ebike and do not refund my money. The last time your customer service reply " we assume the size labeling was wrong! " It is the process of your management. Having no value for your customer's time and money.

Battery died on our scooter, e-wheels sent out a new battery without any charge.
The Bergen crew made a mistake when assembling the front wheel on one of our new bicycles, luckily without serious personal injury. When being informed on this they really acted fast and very professional by repairing and inspecting the bicycle superbly!
Ordered 2 bicycles. Got the first one quite quickly according to the delivery estimate in the order receipt.
The second one took a week longer than the estimate on the order receipt. And I am a little dissapointed in the engine on Jonas+, do not feel it is strong enough

I had one accident due to a failure on the sparkesykkel, which still hust so i dont forget the case. In the shop they tell me it is fabrication mistaake and that i can get new sparkesykkel. But i dont fint ordrebekreftelse, i asked you office but they sent me ordrebekreftelse for another sparkesykkel i bought.... The destroyed sparkesykkel was bought 08.02.2021 and money went from the account og mai brit jensen 09.02.2021. We cannot find your mail with ordrebekreftelse, just have the reciptt from bank payment. we har sendt begge våre mail adresser til konoret i denne klagen. mvh. Anthony
