E-wheels scooters are good value for…
E-wheels scooters are good value for money, plus the service is quick and helpful. I am pleased with the scooter we purchased and the resources availbile to repair them are straight forward, so overall rating of 4 out 5 stars.

Not the best quality, but good value, and good service
Assembly quality leaves something to be desired, but I think that's expected for the price. And the app is very finnicky but at least it can deal with locking and basic settings.
I had an issue with the thread of a hole where the screw did not get close to flush when fully tightened. Customer service made a helpful suggestion of carefully screwing and unscrewing the screw several times which worked, and they sent extra screws to make up for the damaged ones I had from trying to get it to work, which I very much appreciated. Keep in mind it took roughly 4 work days to respond, but I appreciated that they were upfront about that ('1-3 workdays').
Other than that, the E2S V2 is a good discount scooter. I think its biggest issue is that its regen brake is very weak, even on the highest settings ('hard'). For someone of 60kg it easily takes 10 seconds to come to a standstill from 20kph (on level ground and mild wind), without using the friction brakes.

Service excellent
Service excellent, the scooter is excellent , but the transport/delivery was really bad. I can recommend E-wheels and if they would ship by other company than Post Nord i would give them 5 stars.
