I ordered my E2s V2 long range+ el-scooter late Monday evening and wasn't expecting to receive it until Thursday at the earliest, so you can guess how surprised I was to receive a message Wednesday afternoon that it was ready for collection. To my reckoning that's less than the two days. As for my scooter 🛴 I don't know yet as I am on the way to collect as I write this.

I am happy with my purchase, I have tried the scooter, tested it on the hill in my village which is quite steep and it kept 20kmh all the way up. Impressed even.
Edit 2 the next day
After a test tour last night that drained it's power (it was partially charged when arrived) I put it on charge after about 4 or 5 hrs I went to check how it was doing and was shocked at how warm it was. I don't know if this is normalbbut when they say don't leave it unattended while on charge. DON'T .

Edit 3..let me start by saying that I know I will never get the maximum range as advertised for this scooter for two reasons.
1. The person who tested this for the range was probably a 16yr old who looked like a breeze could send them flying not some 55yr old coming in around 75kg.
2. I like the top speed of 20kmh too much 😁 unfortunately this is the legal top speed here in Denmark.😡
Today I took it out on a full charge and got around 17.5 km where only the last 1.5km was on the drive setting(set at max) the rest of the journey was on the setting sport at 20km.. unfortunately it died leaving me with a 30min walk 😡😰😂
There was only one time the scooter had trouble and that was expected (tunnel under the road , with a STEEP incline on the way out. Otherwise there where many times I could feel it wanted to go faster but because of the limiting it couldn't.
I know for normal day use around my village, hell hill included and or just getting to work this is just what I need .

Really dangerous, battery last for half its span, etc.
I have been using the electric scooter every week day since purchasing it. That was circa 3 weeks ago. This is my fourth electric scooter.
The scooter only has a front break. This means you can not break too fast and you definitely can not emergency break. All my other scooters had the break in the rear.
The battery lasts for 55km optiomal. None of the days I have had it has been below -1 celcius. None of the days have had above 30 km/h winds whilst using it. And I weigh 60 kg. Drive between 22-30km/h with a 1000w motor. However the battery only lasted for 19-25 km each time? My three other scooters with optiomal distance of 30km lasted for 22-27km each time.
Anyone with the app e wheels can unlock the scooter and steal it! This has not been an issue eith my three other scooters
Update: The start button loosened itself yesterday. And the rubber cover for the display fell off after two days of use as there is nothing to keep stuck to the display.
Update 2: E wheels tried to remove my review as they answered via email. Their response for some reason, in their minds, meant critique is unwelcome.
I have attempted to go the speed limit this does still not really change how little the battery reaches. Nor has it with my other three scooters.
And my thightening tool broke when I used it...

I ordered the e-Wheel E2S V2 2023 Long Range+ (dark-grey Puncture-Free) 30km/h scooter, which initially appeared to be in stock. However, I later discovered it wasn't. After receiving an order update and speaking with Customer Service, they informed me of the expected delivery date. Fortunately, it arrived in stock earlier than anticipated. I appreciate Anna from Customer Service for her assistance. So far, it's a 5-star experience, but I'll update my review if anything goes wrong. Looking forward to trying out the electric scooter!

Received a faulty lock and it was replaced after me just sending a mail describing the problem.
You can only email them, and usually you have to wait a day or two to get a response, but they are very nice and they try to help at least when they get around to your mail.
We bought a E2S V2 Lite e-scooter, within 3 months it's already broken.
After they fixed the e-scooter, they used a slow motor even though it should have been a fast one.
They offered to replace the motor or send me a new one so I could do it, I opted to do it myself.
Turned out they send a motor that would not fit, which of course I only found out after disassembling the product.
Finally they sent me the correct motor and it works, but doubtful for how long.
One more thing, every time they sent me a box they send it to a pick up point and never to my house, so each time I have to go there to pick up the part.

I was confused with the info in my delivery app, but a quick reply from customer service soon resolved the confusion.
The product was delivered a bit delayed, but it was ordered during Black Friday, and shipped the same day, so I doubt the company had anything to do with that.
It has been running smoothly, with battery life exceeding expectations, even during the winter.

I was worried that they did not have a phone number you could call but we had an issue with the on off button getting stuck.when we wrote to then 20 minutes later we received a reply and we were told that they were aware of the issue and would send a new interior piece free to fix it. And a link to a video so you could see how to do it.
