Their machines require a mobile application to function, book, and transfer funds.
The application is not maintained at all and doesn't function half of the time, leaving your clothes either not washed or not dried.
With these systems often being the only option in a building, the customers are often left with no way to wash their clothes.
They booking system works on a 2 hour basis, but the booking also expires in 30min. This means that if you reserve a washer and a dryer, by the time your washer is done, you have lost your dryer reservation.
A variety of machines is constantly broken and requires maintenance, which again leaves everybody stranded.
