I had an excellent experience with eSofa from start to finish. The quality of the sofas is outstanding — comfortable, stylish, and clearly well made. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the amazing service from Zaki. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guiding me through the options without any pressure. Thanks to him, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend eSofa, and especially Zaki, to anyone looking for great furniture and top-notch customer service!

I had an amazing experience at E Sofa, I will definitely be returning! I purchased a 3 seater in grey and it was top quality and just what I wanted. The service was amazing, from when I was at the store in Hartlepool to when my sofa was delivered! The bloke was dead nice, definitely returning for another set!

I recently bought a sofa from eSofa, and I’m so glad I did! The sofa itself is really comfortable, looks exactly like the photos, and feels high quality. It’s honestly made my living room feel so much more inviting! What really stood out was their customer service. They were friendly, quick to reply to my questions, and made the whole ordering and delivery process so easy. The delivery team were also great, polite, professional and everything arrived exactly on time.

Overall, a really smooth experience from start to finish. I’m so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend eSofa to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable sofa.

Amazing Quality , Fast Delivery,Great discount deal

I purchased the Hamilton 3-seater and 2-seater from E Sofa and received an amazing £100 discount. The delivery was super fast ordered on Thursday and delivered by Saturday. The quality is excellent, and the service was outstanding. Zaki, the manager, was polite, helpful, and even arranged free assembly. Very impressed and highly recommended!

I was skeptical because I have never heard of esofa before but I spoke with Zaki on multiple occasione and he reassured me and was patient with me during the time I took to make my decision to proceed with the Arlo 4 seater.

I bought a sofa just before Christmas but wanted delivery for mid January.
They were very accommodating and it has just been delivered.
Sarah the sales lady was so helpful and informative with size and colour options.

Had my sofa delivered today. I went with a Heworth corner suite in paso mink. The customer service I have received from start to finish was 5* and the sofa quality is lovely. I will definitely use this company again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!

I purchased a sofa from the Cramlington branch of Esofa on 07/08/25 for £1,575 (cash) after browsing and viewing a sofa I had liked. The staff quickly gave me the sales talk asking me about colour, type of cushions etc - never discussing this would make the sofa a “bespoke item” and non refundable. They just wanted my money by any means possible. I took measurements beforehand and was assured the sofa would fit through my door and into my living room. Despite the manager claiming this was not done and it was my “fault” the sofa did not fit …..(when it eventually got delivered).

I was told delivery would take up to 4 weeks, but after this time passed, I had to constantly chase for updates. I was repeatedly given delivery dates that were never met, each time followed by excuses and new promises. This happened multiple times. Communication was sporadic, rare and filled with empty promises and lies.

The sofa was eventually delivered on 06/10/25, but the delivery drivers broke my door trying to force the sofa inside - even though it clearly did not fit. On top of that, they damaged the sofa by ripping the fabric and tried to hide it. Then I was blamed saying I asked them to force it in… At no point did I say this. Even if the sofa had made it inside, I would have demanded a refund or replacement due to the damage.

When I contacted the manager, Zaki, I was spoken to in a shocking and unprofessional manner. I was told the situation was my fault, that I was not entitled to a refund, and was treated with complete disrespect. Even told that it wasn’t his problem and once it’s been delivered, it’s no longer his problem. May I remind you it was not delivered. I eventually managed to get 2 “options”:
• Pay £700 extra for a smaller sofa
• Choose another sofa at the same price or less with no refund or difference in price refunded.
After multiple arguments and being belittled, we finally agreed on a smaller sofa - but I still had to pay £50 delivery. I was ignored, lied to, and had to constantly chase, threaten legal action, and even visit the store in person just to get updates.

My replacement sofa was finally delivered on 19/01/26 - over 5 months after my original purchase. Bear in mind I had waited for the delivery across the full weekend, again with promises and excuses made. I was even asked on the phone to take my review down and they would take the £50 delivery fee off. (I hadn’t even created a review. I would not be stupid enough to do so UNTIL I have received my product).

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The company lies, ignores customers, blames, and treats people with total disrespect.

I will never use Esofa again, and I will actively encourage others not to buy from this company.

Needed a sofa and been looking for one for quiet a long time now untill i say this e sofa shop and wow amazing range of sofas, Mr iqbal was super kind and helped with everything i needed and also allowed me to make some customisation which was amazing, make sure to head down and have a look great business and the owner is amazingly good.

Great quality built like it will last 100 years.

Amazing service from I think his name was Zaki he really helped me pick out what I wanted and didn’t just try to get me to buy, I got this beautiful Hampton 3 seater sofa that has a very classy look would 100% recommend especially if you want something that lasts forever and doesn’t give up on you.

If I could rate this company 0 I would. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid them at all costs. Customer service is abysmal, communication is terrible. They don’t realise that you need to have a good memory to tell lies. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. My order was placed on 18/11/2024 and wasn’t delivered until 4/02/2025, and that was after I told them I wanted my money back.

Absolutely avoid this company at all…

Absolutely avoid this company at all costs - we were wondering the Cramlington shopping centre and came across new three piece recliner so we purchased the corner sofa version he called the warehouse said would be a week for delivery, week arrive no sofa to be then told we could have the 2/3 seater or the electric recliner at a discounted price and will arrive in a further week….week arrived we got the sofa only to fine out the corner part was broken so we have now been waiting approx 4 weeks now for them to contact “suppliers” to get this replaced for the original manual recliner we asked for, VERY poor communication, no comms or emails sent or sense of urgency. At this point we are requested a refund and can take this sofa back
