Taking the surveys help me to be more aware of things I see on TV and it help me pay more attention. I enjoy doing the surveys for the information I gain and the gift cards I receive.

I truly appreciate the Panel members for their time and efforts. It can't be fun sifting through the stream of emails and surveys to find and answer the issues that arise on a daily basis. The overwhelming number of responses are quick and very professional.
As a veteran of many years of participation, I still find it sad that too many time estimates are false, get re-routed through multiple "qualifying questions" and fail to pay out after 90+% completion for dubious reasons like "filled too fast" and "you're not the right match" when these "questions" could easily be incorporated up front without wasting anyone's time.

Edlonah was thoughtful and handled my request quickly and efficiently. This is a good site for taking surveys, not too long and they have really nice rewards.

I completed a survey and before I could receive credit for it, it erred out. I addressed the issue with customer support of they reviewed my issue and added points to my account. It took less than a day for them to reply with the good news

I had a problem getting my reward certificate and asked for help from E-rewards. They responded quickly and guided me to options for getting the certificate email into my account. My problem was corrected easily and have no problems now.

The selection of surveys is wide ranging and appeals to a broad spectrum of society. Most of the surveys are thought provoking and teach something about the topic while asking questions. The rewards are reasonable and easily redeemed. The only downside is when a survey halts and fails to restart (rare).

Good site, good rewards

Love doing E-rewards everyday as a part of my routine to keep my brain working. The surveys are all very well written. The questions are always topic related. Time well spent. Easy and well written question and hence easy to answer. Customer care is amazing. Their help and support means a lot to me. Thank you , it is because of you ladies and gentlemen that e-rewards is not stressful. You guys are always there and eager to help. Thank you for all your help and support when ever I need . Appreciate your support. Keep up the great work that you guys do.

many surveys available and most are very easy to complete. some are quite long, but most are shorter.

E-rewards couldn't be more dishonest. I had nearly 100 rewards points accrued and without notice they permanently suspended my account. They refuse to explain why and refused to allow me to get the rewards I earned. In other words they stole the money. I was going to cancel anyhow because I spent hours of time and get practically no reward, surveys frequently are completed and no reward is given. They're completely corrupt. I would be ashamed to work in a place like this. Wish I could afford to sue them.

I have been a member of e-rewards for over 10 years.
My experience has been rewarding and fun.

I was a long-time member and enjoyed taking the surveys and received prompt help with any problems, HOWEVER, about two weeks ago I was unable to login to my account and even tried changing my password. When I sent a request for help, I received a response stating that my account had been permanently suspended because of "violations", which they would not explain. Needless to say, after continued requests for clarification, I have been ignored and lost my accumulated 72.5 points ($$$ towards my next gift card!) Very disappointing.

This site used to be good. Now many of the surveys will randomly tell you you don’t qualify after you’ve completed completed over 50% of the survey. Surveys almost always take much longer than the indicated time. Furthermore, they cut the award points in half from what they used to be.

The customer representatives always response quickly. They also explain what they did in clear language so I can understand what they did and why. One of the best customer service department I have ever needed to contact.

I've been a member for many years now and it is easy to do their surveys and redeem rewards from a great selection. In addition, whenever I had a problem with a survey, their customer service was awesome to find a solution and give me the credit I earned.
