I was a long-time member, then suddenly I couldn’t log in to my account. I tried changing my password twice, and that didn’t work. I contacted customer service via their online form and received a response explaining how to reset my password, which I’d already tried twice. So I wrote back again, and this time got a reply that my account was suspended for violations. I asked what the violations were and they won’t respond. Looking around at various review sites and social media, I can see this unscrupulous practice affects a lot of users out of the blue, and everyone is left wondering what happened. Not a good way to treat members.

I would give a higher rating but I’ve been dropped a couple times. I should start seeing emails from eRewards now but I know that I can complete surveys from their website. It is frustrating when you spend a lot of time on a survey only to be disqualified during the final classification questions

Reply rapidly and resolves your problem

What used to be a good survey platform has become a poor user experience. Many customer support tickets have to be submitted to get fully compensated for your time because their platform is glitchy. After over a decade of participation, I was deactivated without cause. No reason or explanation given. For the time and effort involved, you can find other survey platforms out there that pay more fairly. You will spend 20 minutes on a survey and get 3 points which is the equivalency of around $1. Totally not worth your time unless you have nothing else to do.

Been using this site for years. Generally good experiences. Sometimes issues with the individual surveys, and not way to report that to the survey people themselves (usually,) but when I've talked to Erewards' own customer service they have been stellar.

The site itself is easy to use, and redeeming rewards is easy. Decent selection of options.

This is a good survey company that you able to get rewards quickly and redeeming those rewards is easy. I recommended this survey company as a good choice for surveys.

i really enjoy these surveys...very interesting topics. length of time to complete survey as advertised is spot on. i miss the magazine subscription rewards from a few years ago.

Too many times, I have completed surveys, only to be told after I completed them that I had not qualified. These surveys can take up 20 minutes of your time and then after the final page where they ask if you have any comments about the survey you just took, you get directed to a page saying you didn't qualify so you don't get any points. I had stopped taking surveys because of this, but I got an offer in email that convinced me to try again, and this happened again with the first survey I completed. I contacted customer service and, instead of giving me the measly 2.5 points for nearly 20 minutes of my time, they questioned whether I actually completed the survey in good faith, suggesting that maybe I didn't actually answer the questions thoughtfully. Enough. I've had it with eRewards. I do not recommend them unless you enjoy wasting time.

These surveys are a great way to build up points/credits on many various things! Although sometimes when you click on one it doesnt let you enter it but on the whole there are almost always ones available to do. Again, bottom line...FREE STUFF !

Has great rewards for family and individuals. Never had any problems receiving my e-Rewards. It was quick and easy to do.

Over the years e-Rewards had it issues and has gone through useful transformation and improvements. While you have to invest some time and pay attention the end result can be rewarding!

This program is the only one in which I participate in. It is quite simple and very rewarding. If there should be a problem or concern, customer support is there to help in anyway in a timely fashion.

I can only assume the five star reviews on here are written by staff members because they do nothing but fiddle you out of points. I've lost count of the times I've 100% finished a survey submitted the answers and get screened out way to often to be a coincidence and this morning their latest trick at the end of survey a message thank you for completing our survey. That's fine I thought but I thought wrong the next screen was a new survey yeah you guessed it SCREENED OUT AFTER 1 QUESTION AND NO POINTS FOR THE COMPLETED SURVEY. If they operated on the hg st trading standards will have this lot in prison Absolutely disgusting dishonest fiddling company

e-rewards is the most honest and supportive site for their members than any other platform. I would recommend e-rewards to everyone.

I received a response quickly and they were very understanding about my issue. They few times I've contacted them they have been very helpful.

Have tried for weeks to get my e&rewards without success.
Was told they were updated on 6th of April,250 points for a survey I did.

The survey panel member was able to credit my account very fast and professionally.
