I got four separate valuations for my Mont Blanc pens. Dylan Stephen's price was 20% higher than the second best quote, so I sent them the pens and received payment in my account the very next day. Impressive all round.

Very fair and efficient dealer with a flawless process. I was selling 2 pens - a Sheaffer and a Cartier. I had a very fair offer via WhatsApp within an hour. After posting Royal Mail SD, payment was made into my account almost immediately once the pens were received. I wish more businesses operated like this.

Steve is easy to reach, very responsive, and has offered the highest value for my pre-owned Cartier pen. Once agreed on the price, I sent the pen to the address he indicated. The day after the money was in my bank account. He also kindly paid the delivery costs, which was not initially agreed.

Sent through some pictures of my Mont Blanc pens and got an offer through within 15 mins. Accepted and sent the pens off the next day.
