Makes sure you have Usain Bolt to…

Makes sure you have Usain Bolt to answer the door when they do "deliver".

Heard the doorbell, got to the door, van already speeding out of our driveway down the road.

Looked back at Ring doorbell footage and from getting out the van to taking a picture of a close door on his way down to getting back in and speeding off was less than 20 seconds.

Clearly the driver are paid per delivery and not for the customer service they deliver.

Customer services were next to useless, couldn't get hold of their driver to get him to come back.

Lying driver caused unacceptable delay

Paid a supplier for next day delivery, and DX tracking showed it to be on time. Received an email to say it would arrive yesterday, but it didn't. The online tracking says it isn't out for delivery today, so phoned customer services.

The local (Edinburgh) depot said their driver had been contacted by me yesterday and I'd rearranged the delivery for tomorrow. If that's the case, then their driver is a lying ****, because I didn't and wouldn't because I NEEDED that shipment *yesterday*. The local branch now offered to upgrade my delivery to a morning delivery tomorrow for free.
Upgrade?!? IT'S NOT AN UPGRADE WHEN IT'S ALREADY TWO DAYS LATE.

Thank you DX for completely screwing up our production, for employing a dishonest driver and for failing to provide an acceptable solution.

Fail to deliver

Email received to say item being delivered on 09/10/24.
between 08:00 & 18:00 hrs. In all day, no delivery. No calling card left so no one to contact. Checked tracking which stated item was out for delivery and at 13.30 hrs it was back in the depot.
Have had to email the company I purchased the item from asking for them to re-send another item via a courier which can deliver or a full refund.

Delivering Exactly Nothing

Don’t answer the phones (sorry, we are unable to answer your call. Please continue to hold) don’t respond to emails, don’t deliver when they say they will. They also delete status updates which makes tracking impossible. Otherwise, great 👍

Despicable company / service

Waited in for the express delivery of my newly made curtains during the hours given by DX. No delivery was made but I received a message saying they had left a card because I was out. I was here, and there was no card.
I scheduled re-delivery for the next day. 3 people were at the delivery address. I received a text message to say my curtains had been left with 'a neighbour', by the name of 'Mike' at number 1. We live at number 1, there is no-one around us called 'Mike', and nothing was delivered. I haven't been able to contact DX. Despicable Company / service.

Not helpful or reliable communication…

Not helpful or reliable communication from the customer service or delivery team. I was informed that my package will be delivered on a specific date I waited for my package to be later notified that it will arrive the following day. Delivery driver impatient.

What a shocking company

What a shocking company! They are VFS’s express delivery courier for passports BUT don’t deliver to my area and now can’t tell me where the passport is. Absolutely pathetic operation and there is no score in negative to give them. NEVER USE THEM!!!!

I had to give this review one star…

I had to give this review one star because I could not give zero stars.
I waited in home all day for a delivery which never happened. There customers services closes at 6pm and so I was not able to find out when my delivery would be delivered.

Stood at my door waiting to take…

Stood at my door waiting to take delivery. Driver pulled up looked in van couldn't find package got back in van and drove off, saw me at door and never said a word. They arranged time and date so I had to take time off work so I lost money. Disgusting way to run a company

The worst possible choice

The worst possible choice, businesses MUST stop using them, from now on I will not buy from a company that uses DX as a delivery provider. Shows that they only care about money and not about their customer at all.

I am really not happy that the delivery…

I am really not happy that the delivery guy ‘missed’ me today. I have been sat in my car directly outside my front door as you require a signature. I purposely left work to come home and I did not have my house key as my partner took it to work. I have been sat in my car directly outside my front door ( I live on a main road) since 20 past 11. The delivery slot given a 11.39am- 13.39. I seen the DX van drive past without stopping and then I received a ‘sorry we missed you’ email at 12.30!!!!!!! Stating they have left a calling card. I can confirm nothing was left as as explained I am sitting outside my front door in my car and would not have missed the delivery driver. I need this item ASAP and now I’m unable to get a re delivery until MONDAY. I tried contacting the DX customer service line and got hung up on x2. I have also tried their social chats and I get left on read. Poor customer service with all factors!

If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would.

Awful service in regards to actually delivering the parcel, won’t leave at a neighbours property, won’t leave in a safe place, can’t collect at later date, no lockers. What year is this company living in?
If you have the option not to use these please don’t.

Your company is unprofessional—a…

Your company is unprofessional—a complete joke. Due to the delays caused by your delivery team, I missed my flight and lost £400 on my ticket. You need to recruit professionals who understand the importance of timely deliveries. The incompetence of your staff has cost me dearly, and I would never recommend your service to anyone.

Awful

Awful, awful company. Was given a 2 hour slot first thing in the morning but no delivery, no communication and no answer to either on-line or phone enquiries. Not the first time I’ve had issues with them. God only knows how companies still use them for deliveries.

Driver attempted to enter my property whilst I was out.

Had a parcel delivered whilst I was out, I have cctv and saw that the delivery driver left the parcel containing a fragile item on my back garden in the wind and rain after attempting to open my doors to let himself into the property.
I hadn't been notified it was arriving and it still says out for delivery, nothing was posted through my door, if I didn't have cctv I wouldn't have noticed it before it had gotten even soggier and more damaged.
