Really impressed

Really impressed with fast delivery. Had an issue with one of the batteries for my strimmer. I sent an email and someone responded in less than 24hrs. They scheduled a collection for the next day for the faulty battery. A replacement was also ordered and sent out immediately. First class, very impressed!
I've ordered a mower strimmer and various batteries in three separate orders, no problems with any communications or deliveries.

Not Trust Worthy,

I ordered a modular storage system, 2.5k, when you order it says 3/4 weeks delivery, ok,so after 4 weeks I contact DW, only to be told by what seemed like an auto generated e mail, that I will receive an e mail when it out for delivery, the following week I contact them again to be told, there are problems with shipping, after another week I contact Sealey who cannot understand this as all the items were in stock, they give me the contact details for the owner of DW, he gets on board and with in 3 days my goods arrive, but 6 weeks with nothing makes me believe it was not even ordered, I have had no explanation as to why, just sorry, no compensation, I have more gear to order but I will not be using DW, even if it costs me more,

ordered a pair of what was tall wellies…

ordered a pair of what was tall wellies now they were only short but on the web page they clearly show boots on a mans leg that come up to about 2 inches below knee which would mean tall wellies which i needed and wanted i complained they sent me an email and said thats what they sell as tall totally differant to photo and images of boots if they had of showed boots coming up to mid calf i would not have bought them sent me something that i have to scan to return which i dont under stand and cant do as im 70 years old and not well up on the likes so easier for me to just keep them and live and learn i even messaged them on FB before i bought them to make sure they were tall wellies which the reply was yes they were tall wellies so i purshased

I am sorry to hear your order did not meet your expectations from the product photo on this occasion.

I can see our customer services team did respond to your enquiry via email and have stated that Industry standard tall wellies are 15.5 inches and that we sell a number of brands all the same measurements which are considered 'tall'.

We do have a generous 60 days returns policy which I can see still applies to your order and would be standard practice if the fit/size/length of boot are not suitable to your preferences. All you need to note is the order number or name with the return for us to trace back to you.

Our customer service team have provided this detail via email to you previously and hopefully this can help resolve this for you via return and refund.

I purchased a Draper Pressure Washer in…

I purchased a Draper Pressure Washer in August 2023, which has now started leaking water from the base. I emailed DW Tool Shop .Simon responded straight away, asking me to contact Draper Support team directly, which I did, and discussed the issue. Draper advised me that they are a wholesaler and sell their products via dealers such as DW Tool Shop, especially as the washer is less than 12mts old. I emailed DW Tools to advise them of the response from Draper Support. I have had no reply, so left it a couple of days and emailed again. Still no reply from DW Tool Shop. Not impressed, they seem happy to bat you away and the ignore you

I can see you first contacted us on 24th March with a reply from our customer services team on Monday 25th March. Draper support directed you back again to us as the retailer and since then we have been in contact with Draper to organise a collection of the unit for repair - we are awaiting confirmation of details which we will pass on to yourself as soon as we receive an update. Our customer services team have been in contact with you again today 28th March to confirm our communication with Draper in the background to get this resolved for you.

I ordered mid December and payment was…

I ordered mid December and payment was taken immediately. I chased the second week in January only to receive a snippy response from customer services reminded me that Christmas would have delayed things. I chase again in February and am told that delivery will be soon. I chase again to be told that it was now with the delivery company. I ask if they will notify me ahead of the planned delivery and also if they will take the pallet away with them. This is a large item and i needed to organise the space to unload. The next contact I get is from the delivery driver outside the house. In addition I am informed that pattets are not taken away. I then receive several emails badgering me for a review, several of which I ignore but it feels like they will not stop until I provide a review. So this is my account of my customer experience.
