I have used DVDVideoSoft software for many years and inevitably I have 1 or 2 issues such as not downloading or software drops out
The key measure of a company is how the react when something goes wrong. Using the customer support link I have always had a reply within 24 hours with a suggested solution. If the solution doesn't work support continues until it is fixed
They also communicate in a language I can understand

I'm very happy with the support I received! I had an issue with the program. It wouldn't download at all, then you suggested that I deleted all programs and downloaded it again. The support team responded quickly and guided me through the process. You gave instructions what to do, and it worked, but then I was asked to activate the program.
I didn't have the activation code, but you sent me one, and now everything is working fine. Thank you so much for your professional help!

I have stuck with their YouTube to MP3 Converter rather than other options as I prefer its functionality despite the fact that on occasions it has stopped working. Their support has been very helpful: there is a prompt reply once notified; the issue being identified, a solution is found and with the app reinstalled, everything works perfectly again. This programme has been a boon to me over the years doing powerpoint displays for the senior citizens club at our church. On the odd occasion where there has been a glitch the technical backup has been fast, courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend DVDVideoSoft to anyone like myself who does not need a full professional programme and who may be a little technically challenged.

i updated my tool from v1.4 to a newer one and my premium key was not working anymore as it said it was for the older version, ive contacted DVDVideoSoft and expected a answer within next days, but ive got a answer AND A NEW WORKING KEY ! few minutes later. just awsome, was my second time ive had to contact them, keep up the good work.

I was having trouble with downloads not working, but after following the support instructions everything is back to normal. The app works perfectly now—thank you! And, I didn't have to wait long for their reply.

Evers mail sinds received a Quick response, wich ultimatum led to the resolution of my problem. Congratulations to the Helpdesk.

Had a problem with the functionality of one of the apps. Submitted a help desk ticket and got an immediate reply with suggestions to try. When those didn’t work they worked a couple of days and released a software update that cured the problem. No issues at all with their support.

The Support desk helped me very accurate with my problem.

My lifetime activation code "expired". They are very sleazy. The price they say you are going to pay is not what you finally have to pay to get full activation -- additional charges get added as you go through the process. They have a lot of 5* reviews -- but 25% of their reviews are 1*. That is a very high percentage, and there is a reason for it.
