I have been a customer of DVDVideoSoft for several years, and over those years I have had issues. I admit I am not a very tech savvy person. I have reached out time and time again for their assistance for both major and minor issues, and every time they have guided me through to a satisfactory conclusion, and they have done it very quickly. They seem to be a very down-to-earth group of people working there, and I'm on a first name basis with some of them. In fact, if I were to run into any of them, I would let them buy me a beer. That was a joke (I'm not a drinker) but their excellent customer service is definitely NO JOKE

Thank you so much for the help! I couldn't get my Premium password to work, but you fixed it, and now everything is working smoothly again. I've been using it for years, and it's without a doubt the best and most comprehensive. I really appreciate the quick help!

I was having a problem with my older version of the soft app and I updated to the newest version and they got my premium key to work on the new version off the software with no issues.

Youtube to MP3 converter is a very useful app, I use it almost daily. the app would not work for a day or so but the Zen desk support team were very prompt to fix the problem. many thanks much appreciated.

I've been using the YouTube Downloader for over 10 years. So satisfied I've purchased the whole line of products, well almost. Worth every penny. 👍

This company is very prompt responding to issues that arise with downloading from time to time.
I have used their software for many years and would never dream of using anything other than their Free Studio.
P.S. Take my advice and buy the Premium service. 5 stars given.

Swift and speedy response with results.

I've been using this software for years with a lifetime subscription. The tech team has always been first rate, courteous, professional and highly responsive that has kept my software up-to-date and fully functional.

Good price, especially for the life long membership. Their support was really fast and helped me in less than 6h.

I originally got this software so I could save YouTube videos to use in training security guards because having a downloaded MP4 video is so much better than an internet link. The software is easy to use and the results are excellent. I have also used the video editing and YouTube to MP3 elements which are also very simple and effective. Customer service is fast, friendly and very helpful. I would not be without this software suite now.

The service work grate for many years, help support just excellent, answer and solving any problem so fast.

The usual updates in youtube did break the download.

Support was readily available and we could fix the issue quickly.
