I recently downloaded Passkey from DVDFab. I tried it and liked that it worked so well. I went ahead and purchased the license. I had a problem immediately and contacted their support. I was instructed to do a couple things, and it worked and I was back in business. A special thanks to Mona for her quick response in solving my problem.
I would recommend to anyone to buy from DVDFab.
I was previously using AnyDVD which as most people know has disappeared from the face of the earth.

I am totally impressed & thankworthy, not only for the quick turnaround I received regarding my problem but also with the dedication and ongoing assistance and suggestions offered - which left me beaming with satisfaction.
At the end of every burning project, this utility reported a BD to DVD was copy successful, but strangely wouldn't play on the laptop or standalone BD player. Mona (from the helpdesk) came up with the solution - record original contents to H/D, then use ImgBurn (freeware) to burn into DVD.👌👍

Great tech support. Answered all my question's. I use some of there software works very well. Hope to try more.

I bought the DVD/Blu-Ray Ripper Lifetime software and it has allowed me to rip over 500 discs for use on a personal media server. the interface is incredibly easy to use compared to the other options. Great stuff!

I've been with DVDFab for years and years. I won't go anywhere else. Is that good enough?

DVDFab is reliable and produces high quality. I have also been helped several times by their customer service team. Well worth your investment.

The best encoding experience using hardware encoding. Using GPU to encode is the greatest thing ever. The fastest, quality encode you can buy. Period...

Good price and happy I can save my movies to an external drive for freeing up space.

Paid several times for lifetime licences of there products over the year, each time they add new functions that they say are a separate program, so I pay again, but now they are removing features like converting videos and replacing it with a new program (unifab) to convert programs then want payment again for what I have already purchased, they claim Unifab converter will be free to existing purchasers of the DVDFab that contained the converter, but installing it it will not work, just telling me I need to purchase as I dont have a licence!

Great customer support. They supplied a resolution to my problem (which was my fault) within 24 hours - and that was over a weekend.

This is a horrible software application with a policy demanding constant internet connection or it will not function properly. The only reason I can think of for this, is to monitor what you are copying. If you do not like to be monitored DO NOT by this product. When I asked for a refund of the $275, it was denied, and I was told it was because I did not read "Internet Connection" requirements.

An instruction was unaware while installing DVDFab causing disc could not be ripped. Enquiry was then made and reply was given promptly. Step by step instructions on solving the issue was provided and easy to follow. The problem was solved instantly. Thanks to the support team especially Mona.
