Great company

I had their product for many years, every times I have an issue, I contacted them and they solved it. So now I can enjoy Blu-rays and DVDs from all around the world.

Great customer service

I am new to DVDFAB and I had a problem due to unfamiliarity with the software. I sent a message for help and received an answer quickly. The service is superb and the program works for what I need.

The software works as advertized

The software works as advertized, and they are always providing updates. Was impressed with the speedy response to a ticket that was opened, as the problem was operator error and a wonky DVD drive. This software is the best of the bunch.

The software and support is wonderful

The software is wonderful! I purchased DVD Ripper and it works great! Their support is excellent! They resolved a purchase problem I created in a timely and professional and friendly manner. I will definitely buy from them again.

Bought this crap app streamfab

Bought this crap app streamfab, managed to get it to work one time!!!Then I got a pop-up that said it had been manipulated and it then locked up and I had torestart my computer to fix this!!! Screwed with this thing multiple times,uninstalled reinstalled same crap!!!! Asked for a refund ,assholes said the problem was resolved and closed the ticket!!!!!

Good investment. I've used DVDFab for years.

I first bought DVDFab Ripper/Copy over 10 years ago. Recently I bought another lifetime package that included Blu-ray and more. Over the years glitches were sorted out, improvements and upgrades added free of charge. It's been a worthwhile investment to compress my vast DVD and now Blu-ray collection onto my external hard-drive. Worth buying!

Great software

I have been a customer from the beginning. Used the software many, many times. Never have had a problem. If you do a lot of work with DVD's, this is a great product to have. It was a wise investment I made many years ago.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. A few years ago I purchased DVDFAB. On the bright side, I have used DVDFAB for my primary purpose, to write mp4 to DVDs. That is very reliable. Today, I have a MOV file, I tapped 'convert' to convert it to mp4. A pop-up says I am using a free version. I look on their webpage for contact info, find a phone help icon. Dead link. Looked and tried a few other dead links. Poor support. I'm done with this sh*t.
