I was excited to see my wife's new dress and was genuinely surprised that its quality in no way matches the price or the pictures. Nevertheless I have no issues with the quality. This is a subjective matter. However, upon trying to contact them multiple times via email (on behalf of my wife) to process a return, we were completely ignored. The company has a 14-day return policy but would not answer any of our request for return email. I had to file a bank dispute to get my money back as a result.
I am not sure if these are scammers or simply... horrible customer service. I hope its not a Scam.

It's a scam. This company will send you the poorest of quality items and then never respond to a single email about returns or exchange. They send your order confirmation from a gmail.
