BEWARE duty free at Bristol Airport , saw a perfume on sale no price. Enquired was told £49.95 took it plus 2 bottles water to bank of self service checkouts rang it up £82,50. Operative standing close by I enquired as to the price of the perfume. He rang it up and it was £75.50
I was shocked and said I didn’t want it. He put his ID into the machine and supposedly reversed the payment . Then rang up,the water bottles. The reversal did not register and I was charged for the full amount and no water was charged afterwards. Subsequent to this my card was scammed whilst away . Coincidence? I called but there was no reply and because I did not get a receipt I have no claim. As a pensioner I can ill afford this . Beware .

The services of this company is very shocking and disappointing
I bought a Gold plated GIVORI IPHONE 15 PRO WHITE TITANIUM 512G for 8,429.00 AED which was a little over £2000 at the time at the duty free in Dubai airport on 18/02/2024 as a 50th birthday present for myself.
When I arrived in the UK and began to set up the phone, I discovered the screen was not properly fixed onto the phone and every time the screen was pressed on there was a clicking sound.
I contacted the company and they asked me to return the phone from UK to them in Dubai at my own cost.
I managed to send them the phone via DHL for repairs now they asking me to fly from UK to Dubai to collect the phone from their customer service in Dubai airport.
I informed them I had no future plans to return to Dubai as I only visited Dubai for my 50th birthday.
Secondly, I was no longer interested in the phone and asked for a full refund. They then emailed me saying GIVORI has refused to refund me my money.
I am very disappointed, they have decided not to refund me my money, nor the phone.
This has been going on for nearly 4 months now.
I feel ripped off and scammed of my hard earned money. I am not going to give up as I deserve my money back. Beware of such companies.
