Nice easy to work with website. This is our 2nd order with Dusk (Ottoman beds) and are very happy with quality of the upholstery. Quick and easy to assemble with all parts fitting with no issues.

Great transaction and quality goods quick turnaround can’t fault

I’m very pleased with the furniture. The reason I only gave four stars is, I was concerned about the width of the openings seemed tight to me. I therefore phoned the delivery company and said in my opinion the furniture needed to be taken out of the boxes. She said something had to be added to the delivery note. When it was delivered, the lads knew nothing and said they were not allowed to remove it from the boxes. As it happened, they were excellent and managed to get everything indoors. That is the reason for four stars not five.

I ordered the Manhattan sofas online based on the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I received both the left-hand and right-hand sofas, and the delivery was impressively quick, arriving within just three weeks of placing the order.

The sofas are extremely comfortable, stylish, and fit perfectly in our living room, complementing the space beautifully. The build quality is excellent—they feel solid, sturdy, and well-made.

Excellent service from start to finish! Product (double bed) is fantastic and so well made. Even the delivery men took their shoes off to bring it in. I’m going no where else for anything needed in my home from now on. Thank you.

Poor service, cancelled my order without asking. Promised a voucher as way of apology which never materialised. Emailed several times and haven't heard back. Poor poor service considering how many orders I've made with them!

Easy to unpack the mattress in a box. Much better for moving it upstairs and into bedrooms.

The customer service was fantastic, unfortunately the third party delivery company were unreliable and didn't arrive when they said they would. However, the dusk team handled it fantastically.

Should be made more explicit that the duvet covers don’t come as a set (without pillow cases). Made an order than had to pay an extra £12 as I had only realised when my order came that pillow cases were not included. Never known duvet covers to be sold without pillow cases

I'd asked assembly as a disabled customer, the drivers refused. When a friend finally started to assemble the chairs, the legs already had worn pads attached. It was obviously someone else's cast-off.

Despite returning the damaged and badly made item in early May, and a commitment to refund me within 14 days, I am still waiting for my money back. I have complained to Dusk who have now promised to refund me within 5 days. Why so long? Shabby products, shabby service, and worthless customer service.

The delivery was quick but the duvet itself was underwhelming. I was expecting a soft and luxurious feeling duvet instead I got a crinkly noisy duvet. Every time you move it crinkles like you’re sleeping under a crisp packet! Safe to say I wouldn’t buy it again
