I contacted puredrive to discuss an issue I was having with my Duracell energy battery. After being unable to charge it or work out what was wrong myself. I was offered an appointment for an engineer to attend.
When the engineer came out to my property, he arrived when he said he would and got the job done efficiently. Just wanted to say thank you to Tyla for the work carried out and for explaining everything to me throughout, what an asset to the company!

Cannot fault Tyla! The one who managed to think outside the box to sort the actually lost simple issue with the server.

As an installer here at Energy Store, we've tried relentlessly to find a battery system manufacturer that can not only deal with our needs as an installer but more importantly accomodate our customers needs too.

I had a slight technical issue with my scheduling on the app which was causing the batteries to appear to be fully charged over night. I reached out to Ben who investigated the issue and implemented a fix, Ben kept me upto date on the fix and it was resolved quickly, big thanks to Ben his customer support and comms was fantastic, thanks again

Fantastic service from Tyla when I had issues with my connections, I had been largely ignored by my installers but Tyla managed to get everything up and running again quickly and also set my battery up on a nightly scheduled charge which hadn’t been done by the installers
