The slowest ever institution I have been faced with,literally all processes they do are dragging so long. Some automation and better human supervision seem to be havily needed
I spoke to a lady on the phone, her tone was unpolite and she seemed bothered by my question. She did not help me at all, her only words were "No, I cannot help you with that, that is not my department, you have to wait 8 weeks until we tell you more". The worst encounter I have ever had with client call center.
