I purchased a pair of dunlop feild pro purofort. Supposed to be very good but after only 2 days they were leaking due to bad quality. Also the sole is very thin you feel everything. I dont recommend and wont buy again 👎

Bought safety trainers for work and 16 work days later there was a hole in both sole where the sole had worn through. Waste of money and materials

Absolutely rubbish not fit for purpose broke within 6months and contacted both Sports direct and Dunlop to say that product had fallen apart and both companies said they couldn't/wouldn't help. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !

I can't remember the last time I had to pay postage to return an item. Free returns are now standard, so therefore Dunlop's service is sub-standard

Ordered a pair of toe capped boots for my daughter to use at the stables - turned up faulty with holes inside the boots - she tried them on for fit but the holes hurt her feet, additionally very poor welding of the boots.

I’ve emailed them twice but they are ignoring the emails and obviously don’t want to process the return for faulty boots. I’m going to have to contact my bank to get payment reversed.

Very poor service and suggest you buy from a company who have a good reputation.

Bought steel toecap wellies 1 year ago and both boots badly split and feet getting soaked. Second pair of Dunlops that have split after 1 year.

Worst customer service and not to mention the quality of the boots,they didn’t even last one season and started to delaminate all over the sole and leak water,just a waste of money…

Dunlop Hudson safety boots very poor quality used for one day, feels as tho walking on hard plastic no impact protection other than memory foam innersole, not waterproof but ankle protection pretty good.

Got them on sale the “memory foam soles “are not great probably wouldn’t buy again

Dunlop Snugboots wore though after 4 weeks. The hard lower boot rubbed through the soft upper boot making a hole in the ankle. The boots are way to expensive to wear out after a month. Expected better from Dunlop.

Customer service has been very unhelpful

I order a pair of acifort boots but unfortunately there was a n issue with the weld on one boot. Within 24 hours of contacting customer services I was sorted and a refund on the way. Direct, straight forward customer service with a no quibble attitude. Excellent

The service is fantastic. We live abroad say 2500km from Holland and we had a small problem with one boot. Immideately they tried to fix it. They sent a new stronger pair of boots to us in Greece. Fantastic. No other words. And the boots itself are fantastic too. Thans Xavier.

Really confusing sizing information. Impossible to order correct size online. Poor quality. And really unhelpful phone line. Would not exchange boots for right size. I paid £12 to receive and return rubbish boots.
Would definitely not use again

I bought a pair of Dunlop Illinois Steel Toe cap boots, They last 5 days, I work as a replent team in warehouse, So no even in a difficult envoirment like people from construction site, waste of time and money, Do not buy them, shame I Cant ads the pic, The soles came off from the shoes on the front, back and sides, I tried to put them together but it didn't work, don't waste money on them, don't buy them

The Hudson is an incredible crazy VFM at £39.99 It fits Perfectly Wonderful. It's Warm and Cosy. Fits like an indoor Slipper yet at the same time it's Sturdy, Stable and Supportive. It seems / appears Waterproof to me. I've worn in the rain. Zero Leaks. The Quality is simply Astonishing. It's a very, very, very well made Boot. No Fatigue or Pains, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this and would certainly buy the Hudson again. It Trumps everything in it's league. Well Done Dunlop. I say again, Well Done. Love this Hudson. The designers of this model have got it "Bang On".

Bought a pair of Dunlop Michigan work boots from sports direct. Wore them for 4 days. Really uncomfortable. Felt like they were manufactured wrongly inside. After the 4 days, the sides had come away from the actual boot. Absolute waste of money. Won't be going anywhere near the Dunlop make from now on.

I went with my son who pours concrete. The boots looked nice like a cowboy boot. Wide in the toes and comfy... Not even a month later the soles coming apart from the leather . These weren't cheap and I don't mind it's just the quality wasn't there. I'm sorry maybe 3 months old.

Just paid for express delivery (next day) as needed boots next day. Next day actually means next working day, so ordered Friday 24/5 and will be delivered 28/5! No help or solutions offered from the help line. What an absolute joke.

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying my dunlop boots. They started leaking, through a split in the uppers, within a few months, after only being worn a dozen or so times. Can't get a refund as had them too long. Hopeless boots! I had my last pair, bought in Ireland, for about 10 years. Dunlop used to have such a good name. I'll never buy another pair. Not even worth 1 star!
