Not Worth It For Me…
It was my very first time ordering with Alp N Rock recently, although I’ve known about this brand for a long time now yet never got around to purchasing from them. Since I had a few trips lined up this winter, I wanted to give them a shot and order some ski-related fashion pieces. I ended up spending a lot (their items were not cheap). First off, processing was quick on the draw and shipped immediately especially over the holidays. When I had a couple of questions for them, they took about a day to respond and after that when I followed up with more, they took 4 days to finally reply. On their site it stated they’ll respond in 1-2 business days and my email wasn’t from the weekend or a holiday. Gathering from that exchange, I can tell their customer support wasn’t their strongest suit. Also, they didn’t have a phone number to contact for assistance. By the way, I’m so over these modern companies where the only support received is by emails only. Anyway, the apparel did not justify the high prices they charge (even when on sale)! Sure, I understand they’re based in California and prices are generally higher there. Still, if you’re charging that much - make your items with better quality. While it’s no Temu or Amazon quality but it’s also not cashmere you’re selling here, honey. Sure, I liked their designs but not all pieces have quality materials and the money spent was simply not worth it for mediocrity and lackadaisical customer service. Also, their exchange and return policies were stingy. One barely has time to return products if needed. It’ll require a customer who has no travel plans (or a life) that could make their unreasonable deadline. In addition, one will have to factor in shipping time too. All in all, this was surely a one-and-done. Never again.
