Good shop, good configurator. Took too long for answers and delivery time is not explicit

I really love the chair, but the quality in some parts seems to be not on par with the rest. One plastic part at the back of the chair seems to be making noise when I recline, which is not something I expected of the brand and the price. Its not that big of an issue that I would sent the chair back or anything, but its annoying when you want to work in a quiet enviroment. The delivery of the product and the communication with Du Foyer was fine though, everything went as planned.

Ordered the Herman Miller Aeron chair from Germany. I was a bit hesitant at first due to Brexit shenanigans, but everything worked perfectly well! Fast order processing, and a couple of days later, the chair arrived. It's an excellent home office chair, 100% recommended!

Delivery was very sporadic and hard to manage, I wasn't sure when it was coming or who to contact to discuss it with and the quality of the products was not what I expected for the price, especially the £62.00 laptop stand which is so light and flimsy.

It's my second time ordering here. Ordered the Aeron chair to Germany. Everything great! Delivery took about 2 weeks in total.

Great experience, very friendly and competent seller! I had to return two bad Aeron chairs, but the third one was perfect. Very fast and professional!
5 stars to duFoyer, one star to Herman Miller for the random build quality of such expensive chairs.

Great service with nice customer support. Delivery of the chair took 3 weeks, which is totally acceptable.
Assembly of the chair was straight forward and done in under 10 minutes.
I had to remove a star because the order status on the website was not clearly understandable for me and I had to contact support to ask for the current status of the order and shipping.

The chair came just as described. Delivery to Germany took 3 weeks. Recommended.

I visited du foyer to purchase an office chair, where any other company I tried would either not deliver to NI due to Brexit issues, or introduced a prohibitive cost to do so - du foyer had none of these issues and delivered the product very quickly and I’m over the moon with the product and overall service from them.

There were problems with the original delivery however the customer service team were very helpful and dealt with the issue.

Delivery was shocking as dumped outside my front door in the rain. Product damaged also.
Issue now resolved after speaking with customer services. They couldn’t be more helpful and apologetic. New desk is being sent to me without charge, via their new logistics partner.

My Du Foyer ‘Mirra 2 Office Chair’ arrived today and it is everything I could have hoped for. I was really struggling with my back on a wooden chair and getting used to working from home. This chair has changed the game. I now enjoy sitting at my desk in comfort and the design is in keeping with the home. It does not look stark or out of place. It adds modernity and texture to the room. The different adjustments are perfect as sometimes I like to sit in different positions or with arm rests up or down. This chair provides me with all of the above and helps me forget I am in my living room. The order process was seamless, delivery was speedy with great communication. The gentlemen who brought it to my door were lovely and respectfully wearing PPE. They even made sure I was okay with the setting adjustments before they left. I could not have asked for more and I will definitely be shopping at Du Foyer again! Thank you to the team🤍 #sustainableluxury

The delivery took a bit long, because the article was high in demand. Anyway, communication was good and the goods were delivered at the date being promised.
