Dodgy company trying to avoid their responsibility

This company is trying to get away from their responsibility to replace the wrong order sent. The item I received was wrong (ordered on 22nd August), they agreed to send the right one but after waiting for another 2 weeks, the 2nd item received was still not right. Very frustrated as I can't use any wrong items sent. They don't want to refund me and keep promising to solve the issue. To date, 25th November, I've sent more emails to follow up but still no response. Broken promises with no intention to solve the problem. They sent wrong items twice! (what a joke!) and now trying to avoid their responsibility. I think this company is not a genuine one. The items sent came from China while their online shop is set as somewhere else. They only have one customer service person, named Daryll Tiosejo. I think he also runs the whole company.
Update: after I published this review, they refunded me, finally. Thank you, but I won't buy anything anymore from this company.

In addition to my previous review…

In addition to my previous review posted a few weeks ago, it seems like they are trying to increase the waiting time for product delivery. In my case, it arrived 1-2 weeks after the 3-month "deadline." So, from that perspective, it was acceptable.

However, the item was damaged during transportation or assembly at the factory. It showed signs of corrosion, and some parts were not well fixed. Additionally, there was no documentation on how to assemble it or any other information.

On a very positive note, the communication afterward was excellent. They accepted my complaint about the quality, and within 2-3 days, they refunded my money. From this point of view, it was an extremely nice experience, and I had no trouble with communication after the complaint.

If I could give less stars I would

If I could give less stars I would. The absolute worst worst company. I have never left a review before but we spent €1700 and every single thing in our order arrived smashed and damaged. We also spend about €400 on top of that on customs. I have sent so many emails and never get any response. Horrible company that is stealing peoples money charging high prices for stuff shipped from China that the company prob aren’t even ever seeing.

Bought a table

Bought a table. Shipping was around 20 days, even faster than promised. The table is awesome! The assembly process itself is a pleasure.

Figurine arrived broken

Ordered a Girl Named Keri figurine. Took over a month to arrive from China and I had to pay a custom charge. As its an EU website I wasn't expecting this. It arrived with the ears broken, I have requested a refund but have had no response by email or instagram dm.

Fourline doesn't deliver orders…

Fourline does not deliver what you order. It's been 2.5 months and they keep saying they will send the correct order but nothing happens for almost 3 months!

They keep you on a line saying they will send it, but they never do and it's been months!

The lamp took about 3 weeks to arrive…

The lamp took about 3 weeks to arrive but they warn about it in their shipping policy. Don't forget to check such details while ordering from them. The product itself is very nice, brightens my living room now. Thank you!
