Withholding of funds and poor customer service – Duelbits
I requested a withdrawal from Duelbits that has been in processing since last Thursday. The company informed me that the withdrawal would be canceled and reissued in fiat currency to my bank account, but so far, I have not received any proof or reference number.
Additionally, I still have a remaining balance of €60 in my account, which has also not been made available, while being told that my account will be closed due to an alleged violation of the Terms of Service.
I have tried to contact customer support multiple times, but I only receive generic responses such as “under review” or “you will be notified when there are updates.”
All communication is documented with screenshots and dates. This situation constitutes unauthorized withholding of funds and a serious failure in transparency and customer service.
I request that Duelbits fully process the pending withdrawal and provide concrete proof of transfer, or that competent regulatory authorities take appropriate action.
