Very good experience gambling and excellent costumer support!

Hi, I don’t even know where to begin, but here’s a start. I play with a VPN. I’m from the UK. About 2 years ago I opened a Duelbits account which I played on for around 3 weeks then i realised I had a problem and “permanently excluded” my account. I then about a week later having a problem gambling I open another account thinking they won’t catch on that I already “permanently excluded” my first account. They never caught on. As stated in there terms and conditions that they will ban duplicate accounts at earliest detection. 195 YES 195 accounts later and I have just banned another one I have lost 10s of thousands because of this. I just make another account and give a fake name and address(which normally isn’t a real place) and bam I can play and lose my rent each month. This company Duelbits does not care about it’s customers, all they care about is how much money they can get off you ban your account

This is a horrible platform if you want to decide to play some online casino games. After seeing there promotions I have registered with them then I got a offer on mail from them. I made a USD 23 deposit via crypto to check the vibe. The site is great , nice selection of games, sports bet etc. I played 100 spins which they offer in my mail after I wagered 20 USD winning on them is wager free. Then I bet 2-3 sports bet. I won some money in process Everything is great until now. The scam starts when you trying to withdraw. I made a 100 USD withdrawal request these guys just delaying it by saying we are checking money laundering etc. your account is flagged for compliance team etc. For 100 USD they are going so low imagine if amount is 10000 or 100000. There customer support is useless. I then go to askgamblers to complaint against them. I see there are several complaints against them doing same scam with players for years and all complaint there are unresolved means this a scam site. Anyone who read this plz don't register at duelbits if you do you will suffer as I am suffering now. Thanks
Update:- After posting this review they flagged it but trustpilot restored it atleast I got response from them that verification required then automated verification failed. I then took all my documents and send them via email. Now they closing my account because I posted their wrongdoing online. Hahaha they thinking I am going to play again on that shaddy site. Although they give my balance before closing my account.

My experience with Duelbits has been extremely disappointing. I clearly asked for my account to be permanently closed, yet they now claim I did not “explicitly request self-exclusion.” If a user requests permanent closure, their team should ask whether it is due to gambling harm — especially when the account history shows repeated closures, emotional messages, and heavy deposits. None of that happened.

I was never informed that only a self-exclusion would guarantee a real permanent lockout, nor was the option offered to me at the time. I was even told my account would be “reviewed” if I ever tried to reopen it — yet when I returned, no compliance review was done. My account was simply reactivated, allowing me to gamble and lose more money despite previously requesting permanent removal.

Duelbits has refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and has refused to refund any of the losses that occurred after their failure to protect me. This isn’t about terminology — it’s about a gambling platform ignoring clear red flags and failing in their duty of care

They offer a variety of live casino providers, including Evolution and Playtech. Requested a withdrawal and took about 4 hours for them to get back to me asking for KYC, which was very easy to complete and I was approved within minutes. My withdrawal was then processed minutes after the KYC was done. All in all, a good experience.

I have been playing for over 10 years on this casino and we never had any issues until they do a transaction for me and send my crypto to an unknown adress and i know they did it but they never admitted it and this i think is very wrong. First issue that i think can be major and if they say its like that you have no way to defend yourself you will just eat it. That was the first issue, the second issue is i had a trouble with drugs and i did start to get afflicted by psychosis, while in that state i wrote a lot of emails to them and i dont remember almost any of em, then duelbits make the right choice to suspend my account and that i agree BUT, they asked how much time i want suspension and i had no choice to select an option but i was in a email spree and i did not answer because i was sending insult and non sens emails so they decided themaelf to PERMABAN my 10 years account with almost a million $ wager and VIP status. So i decided to takr my life back in control and went to a closed 6 month therapy and then i waited a 3 month to make sure all is good then explain de situation and apologies to duelbit staff but i just realised that they really did permaban my account and i never had the chance to select 1 week, 1 month or 6 month... they just took permaban option but they offered all options and took the only one i would never get. So now i understand, this casino is taking decision without my conscent and ruined a 10 years of fun and investment for a 2 week bad situation and it has been triggered by them telling me that they never did any error and that i was the one that made the error and it was virtually and physically impossible + many proofs like email confirmation ect... they really did send BTC to a LTC adress and THEY said i was wrong and they never did an error like this so they made me snap. It is gaz lighting and insulting and if they do this error for someone else with bigger ammount it can ruin a life and they wont care. So yes, they permaban a loyal player for being afflicted by psychosis and have no empathy at all they dont care as long as they save money and dont admit their bad move. I had the right to chose and was unable to do it. This casino was superbe couple year ago but since mcgregor came in, they are very shady.

This website will do anything in it's power to stop you from withdrawing, and i am taking legal action to get my funds back. To prove this is a genuine review i even verified my trustpilot account with my ID just to help people in the future and warn you.

I deposited 145$ (mind you, they require no KYC when depositing) then i won 198.50$ after 11 minutes of playing, and i clicked "Withdraw". Nothing happened and support is useless trying to convince you to "self exclude" so that they could have valid grounds to close your account and forfeit your balance, so i just waited for the transaction. Then, 6 hours later they ask for KYC to withdraw my funds. I was hesitant, but i completed Identity card KYC and liveness check KYC, then automatically they asked ANOTHER document, proof of address. I complied and provided my bank document with my address too, then they still did not let me withdraw even though i verified everything they asked.

In short, they scammed me and blocked withdrawals, and they will do literally anything in their power to stop you from even withdrawing a dollar in profit. They stop u from withdrawing but they don't stop you from playing with the balance, further proving their hidden motives to scam their users.

They will probably try to take my review down or my account down because of how sketchy they are, but thankfully i recorded everything and i have screen recordings and screenshots of everything to prove it in the legal case. My lawyer will make sure i get my funds back from these horrible people with no morals.

I am extremely uncomfortable now that these scammers also have my personal info because i verified so many documents, but that motivates me to take legal action against them even more because i am genuinely scared.

Now i will be taking legal action.

Yesterday I made the $11 withdrawal only. First time I deposited on this site and since yesterday I'm waiting for my withdraw no idea if this duelbits site is scam or what. Support keep saying relevant team is checking and manual approving since yesterday they didn't approved a small withdrawal? How a whale bigger players are safe in this site???

I have issued a withdrawal and continued on playing. Started a session in which I do expensive bonus buys, not paying much attention to my balance.

Turns out, Duelbits refunded my withdrawal after 1-2 hours without notifying me on-site, email or literally anywhere else - not a word from anyone. I only learnt this after 6 hours when I noticed the withdrawal never arrived. Of course, it turns out I have gambled my withdrawal when I was doing buys (wd was smaller than balance by few times).

Duelbits first lied saying they did send notification (not true), which they later acknowledged to be false. They made me wait 3 days "for relevant team to help see what happened", constantly wasting time.

Now, after 3 days, they've told me it's "a technical discrepancy" (big overloaded term to throw you off like it's not their fault) and only when pushed they admitted it's "A technical glitch in the system".

From my perspective it looks like Duelbits is doing whatever measure they can NOT to pay you out, I highly reccomend avoiding the site. Btw, despite admiting it's technical glitch they say "nothing can be done". Highly avoid this casino if you're worried that you might never withdraw the money due to "technical glitch".

My previous review of this shady site was so I could receive a $50 bonus.
Now here is my honest opinion;
I've played on dozens of sites from poker to crypto casinos and have a very good understanding of fair and honest vs not.
This casino is NOT an honest casino.
They will not honor promotions 80% of the time. Even after you complete all the requirements they will come up with some reason OR they will flat out deny any record of you completing it. It's either the Support team really is that incompetent or they are trained to lie. The site is also very buggy (there's a reason they don't have much traffic). Live Sportsbetting is almost unusable, slots will stop and read 'error' over 50% of the time, games don't pay, and their rewards system is by far the worst you will come across.
You've been warned. There are MUCH MUCH MUCH better options out there, trust me!

Overall great site, better than every other online gambling sites i've played on. Everything is great and the interface is good and easy to understand. Never had any problems whatsoever and the support is amazing too.

Whenever I withdraw they send it fast, I havent do with large amounts but sure there will be no problem,
some options like "my bets" should be at left column then we can reach faster, my bets page is nice , not too big tickets can be checked easily.
