Great service, very helpful

Purchased the mens textile MZB fluro all season jacket, the size is ridiculously short on the sleeve, the body length is very short also and poor delivery experience the seller said the jacket was delivered by a courier only the courier had to bring back to store as no one home, I mean come on even though no email confirmation was received by me from the seller at that stage to say delivery was on the way and in any case if this was true you would think a courier would have the courtesy to ring the customer before taking a package away again doesn't make sense, I received no such call or update from courier, then the company said they'd resend the package with an post only no sign of package and was waiting and waiting when I contacted company again only to get response to say they were closed and out of the country, I emailed another person within the company as I wanted a refund at this stage, however I received no reply.
Eventually the jacket arrived, the quality seems good however the sleeve length and body lenght for an all season motorcycle jacket are ridiculously short, if the sleeve length and body length were longer it would be a great jacket. It's a shame as this whole experience falls short of expectations.

Very personal experience. The jacket is wonderful, boots and gloves too. We will need to trek up to Dublin leathers for custom fitted leather trousers. We are thankful this service is offered. The quality of the riding leathers is very high. Shipping was slower than expected, but quality is worth the wait.

I was able to go down and try on the merchandise before purchase. Found customer service was excellent and advice on fit of item purchased very helpful

Fantastic service

I attended one of Dublin Leather, classes and I honestly think it was the best class I've ever taken, met with two very nice and very knowledgeable men Jim and Gerard who brought us through all the different types leather and their uses then Jim started the hands on class where we learned to use all the tools to scribe leather to cut it dye it seal it and hand stitch it using the double needle technique and because it was a small class we got almost a one to one lesson. It was a full day of fun learning would highly recommend it to anyone with a craft interest because you literally learn from these leather masters. Thank you Jim and Gerard
