Spontaneous Umrah Package
I recently booked an Umrah package through Dua Travels, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience Alhamdullilah. The whole process was quite spontaneous because I reached out just a few days before my desired travel dates—my desire to go for Umrah came unexpectedly, and I wasn't sure what to expect.
Despite the short notice, Abdulhadi, the travel agent, was incredibly helpful and managed to sort everything within a few hours. I booked for two people from London, and the whole process went smoothly: the Umrah visas arrived quickly, along with the flight tickets and hotel tokens.
What made the journey even more comfortable was the private transport arranged for us, from Jeddah airport to the Makkah hotel and from Madinah hotel to Madinah airport, plus private transport between Makkah and Madinah. This made all the logistics simple and stress-free.
I highly recommend Dua Travels, especially if you find yourself wanting to travel on short notice. Huge thanks to Abdulhadi for his excellent support and quick coordination!

Umrah Visa
First of all I would like to sincerely thank Dua Travels, especially Brother Abdul Hadi, who assisted us from the very beginning. He always responded to every single query promptly and with great patience.
We came to know about Dua Travels through Google and although they operate from the UK at first I was quite nervous about trusting someone we had never met in person. However full credit goes to Brother Abdul Hadi who made sure everything went smoothly.
I had applied for a visa three times online myself without success, but with his help I received my visa within 24–48 hours.
I highly recommend Dua Travels for visa services especially for Umrah visas.
JazakAllahu Khair.

Excellent service and a very good Umrah
Excellent service and a very good Umrah package provided by Dua Travels and brother Yusuf. Dua Travels arranged an excellent hotel (with breakfast) – Swissotel on 13/08 – for me and my family.
The package also included visa, flights, transport and Ziyarat. Brother Yusuf was incredibly helpful, sending daily WhatsApp messages to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our journey.
JazakAllah Khair to brother Yusuf and Dua Travels for making our travel so smooth and stress free.

15th Aug 2026~ 5* Umrah Package(Travel Solo)
15th Aug 2026~ I’ve been dealing with Abdul Hadi regarding several Umrah packages, as this will be my first time performing Umrah and I’m likely to travel solo. Naturally, I had a lot of questions, and there’s been plenty of back-and-forth communication. Abdul Hadi has been incredibly patient, answering every question in detail via voice notes. This gave me a lot more confidence, especially since I’ve heard mixed reviews about other Umrah agents and wanted to make sure I chose the right one. Alhamdulillah, he has convinced me very well, and now I’m all set to go next year before Ramadan. Thank you, Abdul Hadi, for the great service ! you’re truly a Star !
