DSW Boycotts Israeli company. I Boycott DSW. Customerunfriendly.

I had had insurance with them for several years, because they were ranked as having good customerservice. For that I paid a premium. Today I called and the lady was " itchy"  not only that she was very very unhelpful. I guess she thinks everyone not living in de Randstad is dumb, something that many from there think. My problem was pills. Specifically geberic pills made by TEVA.  DSW is boycotting TEVA because its a Israeli company.   I guess DSW would have boycotted  a  UK company in WW2 as well because they bombed nazi  germany. Anyway. They replaced my pills with an inferior brand. The pills are less effective and also are hard to get out of teh strip especially when you have rheumatitis. Its impossible. Scissors wont work eithe ror a hammer.  If I want the original back I have to pay for it now out of pocket. Very very customer  unfriendly esp for old  people with  reuma hands.

Bloodsuckers

Switched to dsw from fbto to save costs on blood sucking monthly healthcare payments,or so i thought. Read carefully all the fine print on dental healthcare and what's covered otherwise you'll pay the full cost, whilst these blood suckers receive monthly payments for services not rendered due to said small print. You can't escape paying these merchants their pound of flesh.

My mother registered with them and got…

My mother registered with them and got a back charge of 750UER, for the months she was registered with in the city hall without health insurance. So far, so good! Semed fair enough, even thought she didnt used it for that months. But now she needs to go to the doctor and no health center takes her, and the insurance says they can't do anything about it(???). They said, tops she can ask for there advisor to search with her, but will take a long time to find a place for her! So why is she paying 150EUR PER MONTH to this company, if you cant even insure access to the health system????
