The blood test collection performed was easy to administer at home using simple, clearly provided equipment. The pre-paid return package made sending the sample back straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow without any medical knowledge. Receiving the results by email was fast and reassuring.

Didn’t work
The test came very quickly
But then I didn’t hear anything after 5 days so I emailed at least twice and after 2 weeks I emailed again and called and they said my test was in conclusive as not enough of a sample even though the tube was full !!!
