I received an item from them that I didn’t order. Two items were on the packing list. I called them and was told the other item was shipped to another person in another state. No credit card was used and an invoice would be sent for these items. I was told accounts is closed and I would not be responsible to pay for the 2 small items.
What kind of business takes and ships merchandise without a valid CC number.

Like another review, I also had a fraudulent order made. Luckily VISA denied it. I don't even think the last four digits of the card they used was mine but they put it with our information found on Amazon for shipping. We called Customer Service to report it and they were useless. This company should be investigated.

Useless customer service, pretended they couldn’t find my order, refused to issue a return label, sent me the wrong item. Took almost 2 weeks to send the order, I tried to cancel it after 10 days, they refused to cancel my order and sent me the wrong item instead.

Item went back with fedex as refused.

What a scam this web site and company.

Do not buy from them.

This last order I had gotten the olive color denim skirt button up in the front for $29.95. Do not buy that for that price the denim so they call it is extremely thin poorly made overall super poor quality and a very high price. I had gotten a bissell carpet sweeper you are the power it does not pick up very good. There is one brush in it so when you roll it backwards back to you, the catch train opens itself up because it gets caught on the floor and you have a big fat mess. The handle is flimsy aluminum I wouldn’t get that either. They definitely need to update their quality of items that they sell.

I ordered from them for over 10 yrs and never had a problem . Constant free shipping and purchases were always fine. They went out of business for a year and came back and I started buying again with no shipping breaks but will not pay $ 15.00 to ship a 10 pack of women's briefs! Going to pay them off and goodbye!

I ordered twice from them. One item did not arrive but the packing receipt said it did. They say they’ll refund it but they don’t

I ordered a dress they ran out of and said I owed them for shipping and kept my money. I had to return two items. I got a partial refund on one and once again they said I owed them postage.

They keep sending me catalogs like I would order from them again. I would never and don’t recommend that anyone else do either.

did receive half of what was ordered, but no packing slip just ads came with it so when I called them they wanted the order number which they never gave me and they can not find me by my name and address so im ripped.

When the product received did not work well for us, it was difficult to reach the company by phone or to create a return online. However, an email sent was responded to quickly by phone and a full refund was issued, including the outbound shipping charges. (The item was inexpensive and Dr. Leonard's did not need it returned; we donated it to the Salvation Army.)

I ordered from these people with great difficulty. They offer credit and then ask you to pay upfront. BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK WHICH IS GOOD FREE ADVICE. I'M DONE HERE IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, GOOD RIDDANCE AND SAYONARA.

This company actively enables indetity theft and credit card fraud. An account and order was made using my email and when I complained that it was not me and provided a US gov letter with the details of the identity theft, and asked them to remove any and all my data and to stop the order in transit, they ignored me, then sent me feedback surveys asking how I liked the thing I didn’t order or receive. Luckily it was not my cc, unless the crims have managed to create a card in my name. I don’t even live in the US but that didn’t stop them delivering to a PO Box in ANCHORAGE.

I have done a lot of shopping with this company and was so satisfied I just ordered a toilet lift it have been a headache will not stay in place n stretched up my toilet so bad now I have to get it replaced this lift have been a disaster for me 😫

I ordered from this company and paid over the phone with a credit card. A few weeks later they started sending me a bill in the mail and it was accumulating interest. They also started harassing me on the telephone. This company is a scam. Do not order from them.

I ordered something from this company. I did not know they were going to sell my mailing information to a variety of catalog spammers. I had to make multiple contacts to get removed.

The many lounge dresses have new material and are thinner material. Biggest disappointment is that they WRINKLE BADLY. LOOK TERRIBLE AFTER SITTING.

Scam on shipping and refunds!! I've ordered from this catelog twice now and both times my free shipping turns into a $10.98 or MORE charge when the catelog claims that an item is 'out-of-stock'. Rather than return my money for this out of stock item, I am then charged for shipping and lose my money. HUGE SCAM! Don't order from this catelog! If you don't like the item, you don't get a full refund! they take out the really high shipping and handling so that you receive pennies on the dollar for a refund.

THIS COMPANY DEALS IN FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY LIST ITEMS ON DIRT CHEAP SALES IN CATALOGS THAT ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL PRICES ON THERE WEB SITE. THEN WHEN U CALL CUSTOMER SRVCE THEY TELL U THEY CANT ADJUST THE PRICES, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH BUSINESSES THAT BLATANTLY FALSELY ADVERTISE IT IS FEDERALLY UNLAWFUL!!

I ordered a pair of Arctic shoes for my grandson. I received them very fast. My grandson LOVES them. They are extremely comfortable and very warm. One of the most comfortable winter shoes he has ever had. 5+stars in my opinion.
I also ordered a trapper hat for my grandson. My grandson loves it because it is lightweight compared to the really bulky ones he has had in the past. It's thinner than others but for him, that's a plus.
I purchased a pillow/with throw set. Very good quality. Very soft and comfortable.
I purchased a chess set. Outstanding quality and great price.
I can't say enough good things about the items I purchased. I am very happy with my purchases. I will definitely continue shopping with Dr. Leonard's.

made an order online a month ago and still haven't received my package. Called customer service and they told me it will arrive on the 10th but its the 14th and nothing. Waiting a week to call back to see what happens. When I called customer service, he ask me in a scale 1-10 what are the chances that i would buy again with the company?? My answer "are you serious??" I haven't got my first package you think I would order again?? I should have read the reviews from other websites before buying.
