I ordered two pairs of shoes at the end of May and they were shipped timely. However, once they got to the US, the delivery went awry due to the Post Office. All the while I was in communication with Cora Ellis and she kept me posted on how she could help. She ordered me two more pairs and they arrived last week. I would order from them again.
I ordered three tote bags and 2 were the wrong ones. I emailed the company and got no response.

I received shoes, but wrong size. Tried to reach them by email, but no response. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes I paid for and can’t wear.
Although they were good at responding to emails(in the middle of the night, because of the time difference) the information needed to track USPS was not given. The tracking app I used was inconsistent with tracking number given. It was supposedly delivered but I didn't receive it.
These shoes are not orthopedic. They have no support and are uncomfortable. They also run very small. You can. It return them unless you pay for shipping and pay another $12. Do not buy if you want a comfortable shoe.
Quality - poor (like cardboard)
Fit - poor - too small
Customer service - poor - although they did get back to me in a timely manner, they were unwilling to solve the problem without sending the shoes back at my own expense (more expensive than the actual order)
