A better showerhead than the '3 changeable spray' one I had. …
I initially thought the showerhead wasn't going to do as complete a job of rinsing (especially my thick hair),It delivers a 'softer' spray than the one I had before. (I had a '3 way' changeable spray showerhead). But after using it 2-3 times, I found it to deliver a broader spray that worked better (& softer). I can't say much for the filtering capabilities...as I use a lotion & hair conditioner after showering. Overall, I prefer the softer, wider spray,

This company is really bad and the way they handle the business is worse.
I bought 2 ion drops and both do not have water pressure as they advertise and when you switch to a different position it makes a squeals loudly, so I contacted them to get my money back becaue they are not working properly and the person I spoke with " asked me did you use it" and I said yes and she mentioned in that case we do not accept the return, how you supposed to know if the shower head work or not if I cannot tested, this is BS,
I emailed them the situation and they came out with all kind of excuses and at the end they refused to get my money back regardless if they offered to refund your money, if there is there is something wrong, you guys can checked out.
Please be aware of this that they will honor the guarantee

Disappointed
Tried reaching company. Next to impossible. A total circus. Shower head was a gift for family member. I was unaware box was damaged until family opened soft mailer envelope that box was shipped in.
Shower head had no adapter for installing, tape or install directions.
At this point, I want a full refund.

ordered three filters, received three shower heads . Was told by customer service to give them as ”gifts”. I can’t afford to do that as I’m on social security, could not return w/o paying shipping fee to CHINA. I did not make the error!!! I have fine hair that was dry
I have fine hair that was dry. The shower head /filter system has softened my hair and prevents breaking! My skin is dramatically less dry as well. Soaps goam easier and I use less shampoo and soap to get it foam. Great product!
