Very official and friendly staff. Made doing business with Revel very easy.

I signed up to lease a car mid March, with an expected delivery time of 4 - 5 weeks, not too shabby!
Each time the expected delivery was down to 2 - 3 weeks the system reset to 3 - 5 weeks. When I queried this it took days to get an answer, which was always the same ' we are working hard to resolve the issue '.
I gave them, on several occasions, an ultimatum of 6 June as the latest delivery, as we were going away soon after. Their response was everything time, 'we are working to find a solution for your problem '.
My only problem was I didn't have the car I was promised!!!
Eventually I told them to cancel and remove my details from their system. This fell on deaf ears until I eventually threatened to denounce them to the Spanish Police and take legal action!!!
Do not trust this team of chancers!!!

After 45 days of unresolved renting, Mariana Sifuentes took over the case and has resolve it in 48 hrs with her personalized attention to the matter and diligent follow up internally and with me.
Grateful to MARIANA and the customer service team.

THEY SHARED MY PRIVATE DATA INCLUDING NAME, FULL ADDRESS, ID CARD, CONTACT DETAILS!!!! It was sent to the wrong email address due to a system error!! Appalling and illegal!!

I signed the contract in December for a car due to be delivered in 6 weeks, early February. It is May and the car is still being delayed.

In the meantime I received by mistake multiple emails saying my car is ready, book your delivery and an email shortly after saying it was a mistake.

I finally got a pre arrival car as a compensation which also generated multiple issues, fake announcements, appalling communication…

Finally, they record your calls, collect id card and driving license as well as private details which they then treat with no care. They sent my invoice, full name, address, id number, contact details and other protected data to another email address by mistake. I will be suing for this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Great customer service from Maria, really highly recommend this person! We didnt go ahead with the deal as the contract terms and conditions are beyond draconian and we would never agree to take responsibility for things like : terrorist acts, military actions, changing tyres in specific places, no tyres replacement if scratched, insurance excess of 300 EUR on each of 6 parts of a car, giving total of 1800 EUR if a car was in a crash and got damaged all over. but for those who are willing to take the full responsibility for this, its a great company to go ahead!

Terrible customer service - I emailed last Tuesday and got a return call Tuesday evening which I couldn't take and was told I would get an email - still hasn't arrived almost a week later - I have chased it 3 times and so far NADA- pretty poor show - I noticed another British person has the same problem so may worth advertising that it doesn't work for British people - fast to return calls when you are ordering a car though!

Still no reply to my emails and they have just answered my review saying they have been in touch which they haven't !!

Tried to get the vehicle two times. The website is operated manually and has permanent glitches. The salesperson left after getting the docs. So the idea of subscription is good but the team with poor performance.
don't even know what will happen if I get damaged and so on.
Better to avoid.
