i’ve ordered several bracelets from drippy, both for myself and for my boyfriend, and i can genuinely say that i’ve been incredibly happy with every purchase.

the quality is amazing — the bracelets look even better in person, feel really well made, and you can tell that attention has been paid to the details. everything i’ve received has felt worth the money, and i’ve never been disappointed with an order.

what also really stood out to me was the customer service. every interaction i’ve had with the team has been genuinely pleasant. they’re friendly, helpful, responsive, and make you feel like they actually care about their customers rather than just treating you like another order number.

I recieve my 2 order this month from Amsterdam very authentic and delivery very fast

Uk buyers beware. I ordered a piece costing £68 from the Uk but it was too small. It would cost £33 to return back to Amsterdam tracked delivery and tracked delivery is what is advised. The offer was to return for a refund or get 50% off as store credit. I wish I’d known this before as I probably would not have bought this and I probably won’t be buying from this company again. Customer service communication apart from this aspect is good but this is a big disappointment.

Responded quickly but return experience not great. Bracelet was too small so I have to pay return costs from Uk to Amsterdam -and recorded delivery. That will be expensive. Other alternative is to get 50% store credit. Thing is, I may not want to buy from this company again… so it’s a catch 22, either way you loose money.Wish I researched and thought more about purchasing before.

My chain faded really quick, despite I didn’t wear it that much. They won’t send me a new and say it’s not under their “lifetime” guarantee, but hey I could get 20% discount on my next order. I bought it because my mom died and want something to remember her by, and now my “gold” chain is almost silver color, and unwearable. Don’t trust that the jewelry is water, sweat and so on “proof” because it’s really not. It’s a waste of money, unless u just want to have a piece u can have on display

Absolutely love my new jewellery, it is amazingly sparkly and very very special. I think the guarantee encourages me to wear it everyday so it’s practical as well as luxurious. Love it everyday. The team are very attentive and kind I felt very looked after despite a couple of very small bumps in the road.

Hi I received my bracelet today and it is lovely I also have a real one with diamonds that I got for my 21 birthday but the one I got from this company is beautiful and I wore it the other day and you couldn’t tell the difference between them and got lots of compliments and there customer service is amazing i would definitely recommend there products 10/10

When my order arrived i loved it, from box to jewelry. Box came in looking fresh and trust chain was looking clean from box to wearing it. I loved cuban links as my style and this is how i always wanted it and i do not regret being it. I would recommend buying here and i would definitely buy again. I do hope that in the future theirs allot more jewelry but love the order
