I wasn’t particularly pleased with the taste of Synapse but it was palatable. The carbonation was just right for my constitution and easy on my stomach. It gave me long lasting energy without feeling jittery or anxious. I enjoyed one during a brief break while taking my National board exam for occupational therapy assisting. Passed with flying colors! There was no crash as the ingredients metabolized and dissipated. I will definitely purchase this product again! Make a mocha coffee flavor please!

It did not give me the energy I expected so I chose not to order more. Flavour is okay mixed with ice

The drink didn’t really taste great. I could taste the fake sugar in it. It’s a strange flavor, and I didn’t really notice any difference in mental status

A package was sent to me without my knowledge, and I offered to return it for a full refund. Customer Service said they couldn't refund it, so I was obligated to stay with a package I hadn't ask for, and have my money robbed.

I ordered a trial pack. A few weeks later, I got an email saying my order for a 12 pack is on the way and I got charged $27 for it. I never placed that order. I tried to find out why there's a 12 pack order. My emails were not answered. I tried calling the main phone number which never had a live person to talk to. It would just say to leave a message. I left messages but no one got back to me. I was told I can't return the product due to health reasons and I'm not allowed a refund because I didn't cancel the order before it got shipped. Well maybe if you responded faster and sooner, this all could have been avoided!!!

I really wasn't expecting too much as I have tried all kinds of energy and focus drinks in the past and they weren't much more than sugar water. This product actually seems to have ingredients that allow the mind to focus and think clearly despite some fatigue you may be experiencing. That's a win in my book. The taste is unique but good too.

Loved it. Excellent taste and definitely helped me to feel focused and relaxed at the same time. A great alternative to more caffeine.

Product is amazing! I will keep purchasing because it worked really well for me and my husband.

That said, website is really awful, not only the purchase (website is full of bugs/code errors) but also there is no easy way to manage subscription unless you reach out support. Product Managers have a lot of work to do here! :)

I received my order quick, loved the product, and when I needed to cancel my subscription, customer service was quick and ready to help, over email. However, when I went on the website, the banner was blocking half the page so I couldn't find any links to cancel, and when I tried to call nobody answered or responded to my voicemail.

I ordered a sample pack, then the subscription started and i was sent the subscription and charged and then my sample came after.

Product in my opinion is overpriced and over hyped!!
