Delicious and high quality, but 1 minor issue
CTRL’s products are absolutely delicious and have helped me with my dieting goals for the past several months. But one area that seems lacking at times is the integrity of the packaging of the food that they use. It’s not uncommon when I order their meal replacement shakes for there to be a small hole in the bottom causing shake powder to be at the bottom of the box it was shipped in.

I ordered the 4 of the single serving…
I ordered the 4 of the single serving meal replacement shakes and so far they’ve been really good! My only gripe is a small one, one of the packages had a small rip in the bottom of it making some of the shake spill out.

The website was super easy to use, my order arrived in 2 days, and most of what I ordered was delicious! The meal replacement shake was quite grainy, so I'd probably run it through the blender next time, but everything else was phenomenal.

Strawberries and Cream is great!
Strawberries n Cream is absolutely delicious, and 33g of protein with milk is exactly what I need. My only problems with the product is the servings per container being a little low for the price, and it clumps up pretty easily in the shaker bottle if you don't go doomguy mode shaking it up. Otherwise it's a solid product and Ive already been recommending it to my coworkers.
