The app seems far more focused on selling additional products than actually helping users. Right after purchasing the subscription, you’re repeatedly presented with more paid offers, and it’s very easy to accidentally buy something you didn’t intend to purchase.
The styling recommendations were also underwhelming. They didn’t really take my body shape into account and the suggestions felt generic rather than personalized. To make matters worse, some of the recommended products weren’t even available anymore.
The customer service was equally disappointing. Instead of addressing my concerns, they kept repeating the same standard phrases over and over again and simply referred me to their purchase terms and conditions. It felt like talking to a bot rather than someone genuinely trying to help.
Overall, I don’t think this app is worth the money. You’ll get better inspiration by browsing Pinterest.

The suggestions appeared to be for someone much younger and not business work attire. I also stated I don’t like to show my arms more than half the offerings did not have sleeves. As an over 50 woman short shorts and skirts are not what we are looking for.
