We’re sorry, however, to hear that you’ve had difficulties sourcing the replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer. We appreciate how frustrating this can be, particularly when your fitter has already spoken directly with the manufacturer and identified the parts required.

Where spare parts are not stocked by us directly, we do need to liaise with the manufacturer to source the correct components on the customer’s behalf. We appreciate that this can sometimes make the process take longer than expected, and we’re sorry that you have found this difficult.

We’re sorry there was some confusion regarding the waste and grid. However, these items are listed under the recommended extras section on the product page, and the product description also states that the waste and grid are not included with the tray.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your bathroom products, particularly the mirror cabinet door and the damage this caused to your toilet seat. We fully appreciate your concerns, especially given the potential safety implications.

As the products were purchased over 12 months ago, they are outside the period covered directly by our own guarantee. The relevant manufacturer/supplier guarantees therefore apply, and we would be happy to assist with directing you to the appropriate supplier or helping to facilitate a warranty enquiry where applicable.

With regard to the individual issues raised, the mirror cabinet, toilet unit and basin components are supplied by the respective manufacturers, and any warranty assessment would need to be carried out in accordance with their terms and conditions. In particular, the supplier may need photographs and/or further information to establish the cause of the issue and whether it falls within the applicable guarantee.

We’re sorry that your experience has not met expectations. We value customer feedback and will be happy to assist with the appropriate next steps so that the concerns can be raised with the relevant suppliers.

I know how disappointing this has been for you due to not having the products you were expecting ready to use out of the box the first time around, and for this, we are truly sorry. We outline in our terms as well as our order confirmation and delivery notices, that all items should be inspected as soon as possible and any damages reported to us within 30 days and prior to any installation taking place. Unfortunately, due to the timeframe and as the item has been installed, we would consider this as acceptance of the goods and a free replacement would not be offered. I am sorry we have not been able to resolve this to your satisfaction. We remain available should you have any further questions or concerns.
