Superb service from Corinne and William
Once again the team at Drench went above and beyond! I install lots a bathrooms and the dedicated response from Corinne and William was fantastic, I had a damaged basin/worktop and they ensured that I had a new one within 24hours which is amazing. Other companies in the UK should take note, very few meet the service levels Drench does. Product quality is always great and the finished bathroom looked wonderful. Thanks again Drench and team.

Let down by your delivery company
Let down by your delivery company. A promised delivery date was not met. It took a further 7 days and 5 phone calls( all courteous) for it to arrive. Can't comment on the product as we lost our slot with the plumber and are now awaiting a new one.

Drench First Class, BJS delivery service awful
The products and service by the Drench staff have been first class only let down by their dreadful couriers BJS who managed to damage both the sink and the mirror cabinet on the same delivery. Drench were really good in getting the replacements to us by a different courier and easing the misery of the young couple trying to move into the house.

Overall would have been a five but had to deduct a point because the Drench universal waste broke almost immediately. Everything was fitted by a very experienced and qualified plumber, his opinion and ours is that the cloakroom basin, taps and vanity unit are all very good quality but the universal waste quality is very poor. Even though our whole cloakroom is brand new this week we are now left having to source a replacement before we can use the facilities. Delivery was good.

Ordered a recessed sink which arrived very quickly unfortunately although it was just what we had been looking for it wasn't suitable for the space we had.

Beautiful high quality mixer shower.
I was looking for a copper coloured mixer shower for my en-suite as the new sink unit has a brushed copper tap. I was drawn to Dench as the customer reviews were excellent and the shower came with a life- time guarantee. What’s not to like?
The order online was simple and swift, communication was excellent and delivery was super fast. I have to say, the shower was exquisitely packed and the quality is superb! The colour of viper is beautiful and matches the tap perfectly. I love it! The price was brilliant too. I wouldn’t hesitate from purchasing from Drench again.
