This was a lot easier than going in to a clinic to sleep, which is what I thought I’d have to do. The device was easy to use and comfortable to wear.

We scheduled an appointment for my husband and received a quote since we are self pay. Since you cannot talk to an actual person, we did a bit more research. We realized that an in home sleep study is not the best fit for him since he has some lung issues. I clicked the "Cancel" button 24 hours before the 3/9 appointment. As I was looking at my HSA card the charge went though. I have not been able to get in touch via the phone or via email to speak to someone about this charge. I would be very leary about scheduling an appointment with this company. Seems like a scam to me once they have you HSA card information it is a gurateend charge on their part.

It was easy it was convenient. It was a great experience.

I have struggled with sleep for all of my adult life (many of you reading this review probably have a similar experience). I've tried every sleep medicine, supplement, hack, etc. I've also tried a majority of sleep trackers on the market, and been largely disappointed at the data that is clearly wrong. (I remember I was grocery shopping at 2am one night when I couldn't sleep and I looked down at the sleep tracker I was wearing that told me I was in deep sleep at the time. Ha!).

So I was excited to get 1.) a medical grade sleep study done and 2.) have this data reviewed by a doctor!

Unfortunately, it was more of the same as Dreem's sleep tracker provided data that was wrong. Not slightly wrong; it said I was asleep when I was up doing chores. If Dreem's monitor can't even tell the difference between wake and sleep, I certainly don't trust it for more nuanced data like sleep architecture, sleep apnea events, etc.

Perhaps most disappointing was that my sleep doctor wouldn't listen to me and/or didn't believe me when I told her that the data was wrong.

And pricing seemed high for the quality of data collection tools provided (a disposable pulse oximeter and an adhesive chest sensor). Advertised as a $199 sleep study, it ends up being $500 after the required virtual visits before and after the study.

Summary? As the title says: low quality data + expensive = not worth it.

My sleep provider Blessing was very detailed, she provided a clear explanation of my results, and what treatment options were. Would recommend Dreem Health Sleep Clinic and Blessing.

The ease of the whole process was amazing. Very clear instructions and my session was great. I was listened to and felt very comfortable and it was a very informative process also. Honestly very impressed with the whole thing and I highly recommend!

The process to do the sleep study was easy and straightforward. The sleep consultant that I spoke to was nice and answered all my questions. It was a good experience overall and I would definitely recommend them to others

EVERYTHING! The sleep study was easy and doesn't interfere with quality of sleep. I started using the mouth guard designed for sleep apnea and redid my sleep study and found out that the mouth guard improved my sleep and resolved my apnea. Having online appts is very convenient and yet personal. 100% loved this process and would recommend this service to everyone.

I had a very smooth experience from the initial call through receiving my results. The nurse practitioner took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated the attention and care given to my health, and I highly recommend their services.

Doing the test at home was easy and convenient. My sleep consultant was very understanding and put a Rush Order on my new machine

My experience with DREEM health was great. Dr.Battle and her staff are awesome. The information gave me insight as to why I stayed tired even after eight hours of rest. I was so impressed with the results in the help that I’ve already referred their services to several friends. The convenience of being able to do the testing at home is great 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Never heard from the cpap company after consultation with the nurse practitioner
