Hello, I’m very disappointed with service. My order DH5463639349 was placed 6/1/21 today is 6/13/21 and it got postponed already 2 times. I ordered a white lace dress from them. It did come in on the schedule time, but when I opened the package....omg. The dress was terrible. The lace was rough and stiff just like the old lace curtains you used to see in kitchen windows. The sewn in slip was sewn inside out. The floral pattern in front was not lined up in the center. It was over to the left about 4 inches. The zipper in the back is about 18 inches long and every inch or so, it would get stuck and you would have to fight with it to open it another inch and it would get stuck again. Basically, it looked like an 8th grader made it as a first project in sewing class. So, I summited a ticket to return. It's been a month and it still says processing. Very very poor quality materials and poor costumer service. I would strongly advise anyone not to order any type of clothing on that site.

Ordered five shirt a MONTH ago and paid for expedited shipping. Still has not left processing even though website stated will recieve in 10-15 days with expedited shipping. When I try to contact customer service, it is nothing but automated run around of how to track orders and please wait 1-2 business days for change in order status. Trying to get ahold of someone over the phone "in person" is impossible. I will never again order from here. The event I needed two of these shirts for was a wedding that passed yesterday and still have not seen any change in the order since order was placed.
Edited to add: if the items are not in stock they should not be able to be ordered by other potential customers, as that seems to be the reoccurring issue I am reading.
4/21 update: since there is no way to reply to the response, I have already emailed back from my personal email to split the order and ship out the rest. Still have not heard a reply back.

Complete Fraud
I ordered lots of clothing the end of Dec and have still not received it. Tracking shows they attempted delivery .... they did not as I work where I live and they cannot prove they attempted delivery nor tell you what delivery service delivered it. They are refusing to refund me the money for product I paid for and did not receive. I will continue to tell everyone about the horrible customer service from this company until I get my money back. When I go into tracking my purchase, it doesn't even look like it's left.
So very disappointed. I spent $168 and I want my money back. It's too bad the items I ordered looked so cute.
As of March 14th, the company finally got back to me, said they had 6 of my 8 items in and could send them. I decided I wanted my money back. They gave me e a full money back for my purchase.

Terrible service, almost a month and order has not shipped.
On Dec 26 I placed an order. Almost one month later it has not even been shipped yet. The company claims that because there is a tracking number that indicates a shipping label has been created, they consider it shipped. Even Canada Post notes in the tracking that they have not received the shipment from the company. I have submitted several ticket inquiries and keep receiving the same false information that my order has been shipped. They took my payment very quickly but I am beginning to doubt I will ever see my order. No one will give me a truthful answer. I do not recommend this company.
