Shipping took a couple to a few weeks, as I had anticipated. I ordered the wrong size (1 size too big) for a dress, but returning it was super easy. Of course, you have to pay your own shipping fee, but I received my credit within about a week. I later reordered a size smaller, and it was perfect.

Their clothes are very trendy and fashionable. Most things are true to size and if not they let you return things without any hassle. I've purchased things from them for about 3 years!

I have been trying to return an order The order number is# 347-998-2121 I have emailed you on 4/ 13 and had no response. I don’t understand how this company works there’s no phone number that actually works I have contacted y’all several times but no response. PISSED OFF IN TEXAS

I love their styles and usually everything is true to size and I don't have to wait months to get my order..Highly recommend this company and their products.

Love the dress and I can't wait to wear it.

I immediately returned the goods in December.

I have been fighting for a refund. Mostly if no response at all or weeks to reply.

I have been given excuse after excuse to now be told this morning that I will receive my refund on the 31st March… we are the 24th February!!

I am now reporting the company for failing to return my money.

This company should be closed down

Are you kidding? I ordered a blouse from here never received it.

The only issue I have with Dreamyher is that the courier service is too high. Most of the times it is half of the cost of the items you are buying. This does not make sense. I have told friends and families about the website and all love the items and even try to purchase so many items and told me no they will not purchase the items as the courier is ridiculous too high

I have seen items my self and are seeking to purchase items on other websites whose courier cost is so much lower

I realized once I got the clothing, the size’s were bigger than I thought. The shipping charge was more than I expected.

I order 5 tops November 12th. Today is December 15th, I can't track my order, it says come back in 1 or 2 days, every day it say the same thing. No # for customer service, My order # is DH6126762461 for Gods sake have some respect for your customers

I ordered clothes over 8 weeks ago - according to tracking they are out to Yodel - but apparantly it has taken over 7 weeks to leave UK customs and reach a Yodel dispatch centre. Yodel have not received, so cannot help and only getting automated responses from Dreamyher. Avoid this company - take money and never provide the goods purchases and do no respond to complaints.

Trying to exchange a item its only been 5 days since I received the item and they saying it gone past the 14 days try to contact them but nothing

Clothes are terrible look nothing like you ordered. Cheaply made. Do not buy from this company you will be disappointed!!!

Your clothes are so cheaply made the fabric was horrible the clothes looked nothing like the pictures. I never received all of my order I was reimbursed payment but not what I paid for them. DO NOT ORDER from this company you will be sadly disappointed

The shirts I ordered are very nice. A couple ran large so I am hoping to return them. They are all beautiful for fall.

I made 2 orders 20 mins apart from each other. I got my first order but my second order is still in processing. I made my order on 10/11/21 and it’s been 16 days. They don’t even have a customer service number to call. If I don’t get my order soon I will be canceling it and I won’t buy from here again
