Efficient and competitive

Ordered drainage materials from "Drainage superstore" late on 4th May (order DS-0343695) and by 9th May there was still no delivery.

This has delayed an active construction project and caused unnecessary disruption. I also paid £40 shipping, so I expected far better communication and fulfilment times.

The products themselves may well be fine, but reliability and delivery performance are just as important when people are depending on materials arriving for scheduled works.

Currently very disappointed and now seeking a partial refund/goodwill gesture due to the inconvenience caused.

Far from Super. Would not recommend.

Took a while for the whole order to be completed. But there's a real person at the end of the phone. They sorted the issue and text me with the resolution. Result! This mattered to me so will use again.
Delivery was spot on.

Ordered items only available online- despatched within 24hrs via a reliable courier at a sensible cost. Quality items well packaged.

The one and only order i've placed with them they managed to screw up on.

Order 10m of drainage channel on Sunday 26th, showing as in stock for delivery by Wednesday, got an email on Tuesday saying order dispatched in full. Good stuff.

Wednesday rolls around, no delivery details, give them a call, turns out the product isn't in stock and I shouldn't have got the email. So I asked for an alternative product that would be here and was told I can pay the difference and i'd still have the product in time for the job.

Couple hours rolls by, no invoice, phone again to be told they would get the advisor to email me it as the person I was speaking to didn't have much detail. 3.30pm rolls by, still nothing, phone again to be told that the invoice failed to send, and because of that, the supplier wouldn't have sent the products out meaning they wouldn't now arrive on time.

Honest the service has been nothing but shockingly bad, all sounds good, but failed to follow through multiple times.

Can't say i'll ever be back to use them again.

Product is far below standard expected, awful quality control. Purchased cappings previously in spring 2025, they were ok but still the thickness varied. The second batch of cappings, purchased recently, not only had the varied thickness but were also badly warped, twisted and domed. It was impossible to lay these cappings to a level. Not happy with up to a 5mm step between each capping. I do
not recommend any capping product supplied by Drainage Superstore and manufactured by Eurodec.

Efficient service and offered alternative to ordered product which was no longer manufactured. Delivery arrived when promised.

I've used drainage superstore before with great results,this time more of the same, easy to find items, quick and easy selection/payment, and delivery was extremely quick. will 8 used drainage superstore again? most definitely.
