Delivery lost with DX,
Ordered some inspection covers which only half the order arrived. 5 days later still no sign of the rest of the order and the customer service team just say its been lost in delivery. I needed these covers to complete a job ready for a concrete pour. Recommend people not to use Drainage Superstore if you want all the goods delivered.
Update.... I've just unpackaged the 2 drain cover that I did receive and 1 of them is damaged!!!

Very slow
We got confirmed order on 27th April.
Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days.
We received the package on 12th May.
Didn’t get any correspondence or update in between.

Where we get notified of any delays or stock issues we will also endeavor to notify our customers where possible to ensure they are aware and can make an appropriate decision on how to move forward based on their project needs.
I can see in this case we had chased updates with the supplier but had not been notified of any stock delays and therefore you had then not been notified.
I can see your order has since been delivered and I do hope everything is ok with this.

Delivered the wrong type of decking…
Delivered the wrong type of decking boards. I ordered grooved and reeded and a local company delivered grooved and smooth. Therefore don't match with existing decking boards.
