The package wasn't wrinkled. Everything's fine!

Very bad experience with dragonfly. The delivery was never on time, keeps deliver to the wrong address. Bad customer service, I hope people can avoid this company until it broke.

This delivery service offers exceptional maneuverability. It allows for post-business-hours changes to delivery dates, and drivers consistently review delivery notes. They are highly committed to ensuring next-day or alternative-day delivery, rather than returning packages.

One star is way too much than this company deserves. After a week of delay my package is still not delivered. On their website it says there were two attempts made to deliver it which is a total lie as there is always someone home and nobody was trying to deliver it. I tried contact them but got no answer for my two emails.

Every time my order from Amazon it delivered with Dragonfly, there are problems.
I wouldn't say anything bad about the delivery and customer support workers, but the whole system and organisation is amazingly poor. They never let you know a proper timeframe, oftentimes don't even notify before the planned day of delivery. You might be already at work when you learn that the delivery is going to be today. Moreover, the times are random, the delivery can be at 22:00.
So the moment I get the email from them about the delivery TODAY, I have to rush home in case I'm already not there, and sit there for the rest of the day, without any notification, only for the package to be delivered around 22:00? In case of any problems, you have to call them, and when there is a queue, you have to waste more of your time simply waiting for the operator to get free. No contact email, whatsapp, anything to just send a message and go about your day until you get a reply.

Whoever organized the processes, it's ridiculous and absolutely incompetent.

From now on, I will be cancelling my orders if I learn that the delivery is with Dragonfly.

The timeframe of delivery was 8 hours... You cannot expect me to stay home for 8 hours!
You should shorten the delivery timeframe to 2 hours max!

The delivery itself was good, but this tremendously huge delivery timeframe spoils it all!

My experience with this company is very good, they promissed to deliver and do that on time with a email to let you know where and when they arrive with my parcel.

Very friendly driver and packages in top quality

Delivery window of 12 hours. 10pm is far too late to be opening my door to delivery drivers. I work shifts and am in bed by 9 most days.
When they did manage to deliver my package it was damaged as they rammed it through the too small letterbox

As per previous experience, they are good.

The worst delivery company. It seems they can not read numbers. You tell them where they can leave the package. I live on number 70 and they dump it at number 24. Telling the people there it is for 28. Second experience with Dragonfly and still very bad. I hope to never have to deal with them again.

Worst delivery company. My packages have been stolen three times because they keep leaving them unattended in the public hallway of my apartment building. I’ve clearly instructed them not to do this, and even the police are aware of the issue. I genuinely don’t understand why Amazon continues to use this service.
